We stopped by for a quick breakfast on our way back to work. Super friendly girl took our order and helped fill it out. Food was delicious, I always enjoy a Gravy Biscuit. Nice clean restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere!

I love Bojangle’s but I’m really annoyed that I ordered in the app this morning at 11:38 & said my order was ready at 11:42. I sat in the curb side pick up for about 30 minutes noticing they were busy. The app said to call the store. I did. No answer. 5 more tries. I saw the car beside me get brought their order as I was preparing to go inside but the worker made eye contact with me which made me think I’d be next as noone else was in those spots. I waited another 20ish minutes after still not getting an answer on the phone. I go in wait in line where I meet a gentleman who has also been waiting over 45 minutes for his online order. When the look for my order & ask tons of questions, I then get handed a bag that has been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I open the bag & I can feel the food is cold. I mention this to the employee who just keeps apologizing that noone let her knew the order was ready or that I was out there. Not acknowledgement of my cold food. At this point I’m over this & just leave bc I’m being ignored. I get home to find that BOTH of my biscuits are missing cheese which I paid 60 cents extra for both of them. I did get to dump my drink out & fix it. But I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! A TRUE WASTE OF BOTH TIME & MONEY…
