One of the largest problems is they cater completely it feels like to the drive-thru I understand everyone has to eat but people at the register also want to get some food to eat my wife and I stop by there yesterday the 28th and it was a total mess people were standing in line 2025 minutes they were talking to customers which is okay but not about what happened to People’s children and whatnot because we all know that takes up time this is something very important that they need to work on on top of their bathrooms while they were talking they should have taken one of them people out to clean those restrooms

Stopped by after church. The young boy (looks 18-20) took a while to open the sliding door then staring a hole thru us— looked at us like we were not supposed to be there. No greeting or customer service to be found. He acted like we were annoying him and he was irritated that we ordered BoRounds- like it was some obscure menu item. He said— “It’s gunna be a minute on those BoRounds…”

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was super fast and all the food was hot and fresh. We were served our food before we even had our drinks made. The staff kept very busy during our visit and were very friendly!!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and paid for it at 4:30 pm. I was the 2nd car in line, there was no wait time to order and pay. I did not get the sandwich until 4:50 pm. Fries were cold by then. Several cars came and went. Patience is a virtue, but they need some help with time management and efficiency. They did apologize for the wait. So thank you for that.
