My husband got off work late and picked up dinner for me since he already ate. They were still open for another 40 minutes and shouldn’t have been a problem. I bite into my chicken sandwich, and look down at the middle and it’s effing RAW! The lady was nice when I called, but there’s no way I can come back for more after there. There’s just no way. Not to mention the fries have more salt than the Atlantic Ocean! Yuck just yuck.

The employees were arguing with one another and one girl up front was saying things weren’t her job and all we ordered was 3 drinks and were in there 10 minutes because they were busy arguing instead of making drinks. Those kind of issues can be discussed when there isn’t customers to service and people’s jobs should be clear.

Terrible service. Lady at front was in the dining area talking to another lady. They walked up together, then she took her order ahead of mine although I had been standing in line. The she proceeded to refill teas for people who had already eaten. Also the drive thru line was so long it was almost impossible to park for dine in.

We ordered our food and waited over 30 minutes. The manager was taking everyone’s order after me when I asked for a refund, the order was still not ready. Poor customer service. We left with no food. We will never eat here again. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I am a door dash driver and when I got here I was told everyone in the store would be helped before me it took way too long to get my order for door dash and the employees were short and rude with me especially the older white lady bhind the counter with pink glasses. Wild not recommend going thru bojo for door dash unless you want child food
