Good food, but they never have what you want made. I always have to pull forward because they are never ready for the dinner rush. The person taking the order always has a bit of an attitude when you agree to wait. I guess because they don’t want to make it??

Chicken was delicious, my fault for not checking my order. I ordered dark and white 3 piece and got nuggets instead also the female bathrooms needed attention. Nothing has been done in over half day as we construction workers used the needed facilities. Return the next day because of work, ate and used the men’s room and of course the bathroom was a complete disaster and clogged too. Very unsanitary.

Went to the drive through to order. I was constantly cut off by the person taking my order. I have never had anyone take my order before where I constantly could not finish what I was saying before then person kept saying “ is that all. “ Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be coming back to this location .

All the lights were off in parking lot and drive thru board. We told to pull up to the window and after about 15mins we were able to get the window. Would have pulled out of line had I not had a car right behind me. Ordered a large sweet tea. This store is need of help

Went through the drive through and ordered a tailgate, was told that it would be a 20 min wait, which I had no issue with. I gladly pulled up and parked my vehicle. After a 50 minute wait and watching multiple cars pass by I had to call the restaurant to find out what was taking the extra time, to findout that have been forgotten about and only received my food I purchased because I called in to see what the issue was

TERRIBLE!!!! The person in the drive thru wasn’t listening and got my order wrong. She pulled me up just to give me old food. Nothing was fresh . As I proceeded to let the manger know, the lady wasn’t listening and had an attitude but so did the manger (for the day). I see they are just putting anyone in position and people don’t want to work. There are no real mangers or supervisors who want to take responsibility. Having no food done and food not being fresh. One of the boxes fell when they were bringing it to me and I wouldnt be surprised if they pretended like it was good food and it being the same food that just fell. Just TERRIBLE and SAD!!!! I’m not an advocate of someone being fired from a job but …….. some people need to work in the back away from people.

Drive through gurl needs an attitud adjustment! Her tone is very unprofessional. Tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told they were not serving sandwiches, confused I asked why I couldn’t have a chicken sandwich and with a frustrated tone told me they had no buns. There are paper signs to let you know their hours on the speaker but nothing on the menu to let people know they are out of buns. I find it to be ridiculous that management and or a supervisor can’t keep buns in inventory! Do better!

Thieves. Manager took my receipt after asking for it to give a refund then wouldn’t give the refund and balled up my receipt. We were visiting NC last week for a few days and the treatment was very shocking. I decided to take a few photos of him for proof of the situation. Closing is at 9, the day before I saw a hand written note that they’d close at 7, yet even then they closed prior to that. It seems I was the last customer server and what I was given wasn’t even eatable so I swung around in the drive thru to be ignored and told to “just close the window on her”. Completely disrespectful and unnecessary. In the photo the heavy guy is the one who was rude, asked for my receipt, tried giving me a few dollars and when I wouldn’t except that as a refund (less than what I paid) he refused to hand back my receipt. The white car is mine but in front is an employees SUV blocking cars from coming to the window. I simply walked up to the window since I just had gotten my food, checked it, swung around the drive through to ask for my food to be corrected.
