Typical chicken fast food restaurant when it comes to taste. Mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal extremely slow service when my family was the only one in there lots of laughs and Giggles coming from the kitchen after we got our food it took another 10 minutes till somebody came back to the counter to get a refill. Management just needs to keep a better eye on what’s going on or management needs to care a little bit more if they know and don’t care

Well, food was good, I rated service bad because I ordered 3 pc wing meal. I got 3 pc, but it was tenders, which I am not even sure they have a 3 pc tender meal, but that is what I got. It was good, but not what I wanted.

I ordered the Big Bo Box. I got the 8 peice chicken and 4 biscuits. Got no fixings or ice tea when I asked about it I was told they did not come with any of that. I spent $26.00 when I have ordered this at other locations I got the fixings and ice tea. I have been to this location one other time and got the BO chicken sandwich. The mayonnaise was smeared all over the sandwich and box. The chicken it’s self was so tiny it looked like it was a left over from an old batch. I love Bojangles but, I will not be back at this location.

Love this specific location. People always friendly, food always fresh, service always good and order always correct! Great place for quick and delicious food. Inside is clean too! BOTATO ROUNDS are amazing and so are the biscuits and chicken and breakfast. Mmmmm.

I had been craving the Bo chicken sandwich for a couple days. It had been a long week, so I decided to treat myself to one… waited patiently in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes. Finally got my order got all the way home sat down to relax pulled out my sandwich, took one bite . It was like a dried piece of shoe leather that was burnt. I was stunned! And furious! I had to get back in my car drive back to the Bojangles rant at the drive-thru, they didn’t have any more chicken sandwiches. So I had to settle for chicken tenders. If you can go to another Bojangles I would say do it, just bypass this one. They have crazy hours you don’t know if they’re open or closed you don’t know what kind of food you’re going to get so don’t bother.

The lady that took the order when I we came in she was nice but when I asked for a small bag, a refill, and some butter for my biscuit she got rude and said “who eats butter on thier stuff” huffed walked away and went over to the counter and was like “she needs a bag, a refill and butter I don’t get people who want butter”

Rarely get a correct order at this location. Just today I ordered 2 cinnamon twists with extra icing. This is far less than the normal amount of icing, it’s like they do it on purpose to mess with customers.
