Was excited to try Bojangles, but was super disappointed in the food that I received. The biscuits and gravy are okay, the Bo-tots were my favorite part. I was looking forward to the cinnamon twist and it wasn’t even edible. The dough was still raw.

From the moment that I walked into the restaurant, I smelled the biscuits and the fry chicken, I had a sandwich make to perfection, I tasted the freshness in the first bite and the biscuits were delicious, I definitely recommend Bojangles, try it, you’ll not be disappointed I came from the north east and unfortunately they are not any locations yet. I hate to do this, it’s one of my favorite locations but I know the shift who does it right wasn’t working. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be acknowledged to pay because the tap on drive through wouldn’t work ultimately the tap wouldn’t work at all. I left came back about 15 minutes later with a card. I was handed the same order they had made before. My fries are gross can’t eat them my sandwiches are cold. Does anyone even care ?? Worst shift of my life worst $20 ever spent it’s truly sad how little you cared. It was a small amount but I wish I could be reimbursed for my money and the 40 minutes total time it took me to finally get my food I can’t eat, guess I should’ve accepted the red flags and pulled off. This is for the shift who was there 2pm today. The second girl who took my order was sweet but the food quality is a 0.

Completely trash they charge for extra sauce and then never give the sauce to you! Waited 30 minutes with only one car in front of me! Still messed up the order! Terrible! Lemonade was also super water down!

I enjoy the food nearby asked for hot lightly seasoned fries they always make sure that is right the biscuits are soft fresh and hot the rice is done perfect special I like mine went first come upon them

Food is fairly good (except the sausage gravy biscuit and blue berry biscuits are not good), some servers need a better attitude, but the main issue is not very cleaning especially around the drink area.

This is BY FAR the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at a bojangles!!! The Co-manager is not managing her staff. The her and the drive thru girl are talking LOUDLY about how the food is old. The drive thru girl is cussing LOUDLY and being EXTREMELY RUDE to all the customers in the drive thru. Saying she wants to stab the customers . I can’t believe either of have jobs. I’ve been in Jacksonville for 4 yrs now and this by far is the SLOWEST bojangles in the city. Even when there is no line, for some reason it takes a substantial amount of time to get your food and if you go in, plan on getting ignored for about 10-15 min before they take your order. On several occasions I’ve had to leave as I didn’t have time to wait, AFTER making my order. This makes it even more surprising when they mess up your order bc obviously they were taking their time, so why wouldn’t it be right? It’s literally been like this for YEARS!

The biscuit and Cajun fries were terrific. The chicken wasn’t anything special. Gave the cinnamon twist a try and it was dry and again nothing special. Service was good and didn’t have to wait long to get out food. Everything was fresh so that’s a bonus. Will give it another try.
