Absolutely horrible had to tell the lady a few times that a gallon of sweet tea went with the 20 piece family meal after she tried charging me, waited forever for food .I heard her telling someone staffing issues but I seen at least 7 employees. I get back to house and they forgot a side and a 20piece chicken meal at least 10 of them were wings!!

Amazing fried chicken! The heat they add to the chicken is just right. The biscuits is also really good. We ordered two family meals (20 pc. Chicken) and didn’t wait long even with a line going through the drive-thru. An amazing first time experience visiting the coast.

The food was ok, for fast food. I had never been here before. But the service was beyond terrible and the people working at this location belong in a home for low functioning adults, rather than behind a counter anywhere. They were mostly polite, but completely incompetent. Customers, including myself, waited over half an hour for FAST food. Will neverrr return to this location. I suggest everyone find the next closest store and avoid this one at all costs.

Very disappointed!! Store was very messy,! Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to order food. Spoke with the MOD and she just made excuses of why the service and the messiness was from the staffing issue. But, the store had 8 to 9 employees working st the time of my visit. Unbelievable!! Glad that I don’t live here, I thought southern folk was friendly?? Not here, the employees looked like they hated their job!

Fu€k this location. They keep messing up my orders. Taking 17mins on average. If you order a bo-berry biscuit they make you wait 20mins for them to make them. (Since they don’t have the foresight to do it) Recently had them “put my name down” for a simple chicken biscuit. Came by a few days later and they asked me to come into the building to speak to the manager in person. Why on earth would I get out in the rain to validate information that only I would know. Basically stealing money out of incompetence.

Horrible horrible service. One lady taking orders and bagging orders. Stood in line for 30 minutes then waited another 30 for food. Then food was wrong. Their excuse was “it’s Saturday and that’s when everyone checks out”. Well if you know that every Saturday is gonna be a rush then prepare for it. Should be all hands on deck to get customers in and out.
