Came here on a Sunday 8/27 around 09:30 ish I think and went inside. Ashtin took our order and she was very patient and kind. My 7 y/o daughter was being indecisive and so we wrapped up our order. Just a few minutes after we had ordered, Ashtin signaled me to the front and she handed me a tray with a small thing of bo rounds (on the house) and told me that her daughter is the same way. I thought that was the sweetest, and kindest gesture ever. We received our breakfast shortly after that and I ended up ordering a breakfast item for my daughter after she had some bo rounds. Ashtin just made my mornin! The dining room was very clean and the food came out quickly and was hot. This is the second time I’ve been and second time I’ve had a good experience. Thank you Bojangles!

This Bojangles either needs to tighten up or close down, every time I come here something in my order is wrong and the food is cold 99% of the time…being a pregnant woman and receiving food under 165 degrees is definitely not safe…. Idc if it’s early in the day or later in the evening the food is never hot like it should be. It’s honestly sad being it’s the only restaurant in Snead’s ferry where you are supposed to be able to get a hot fried chicken meal for your family. And dining in they don’t even have the food under heat lamps as I’ve seen in other Bojangles restaurants…. Overall horrible experience every time I go…I try to give chances but it’s the same story every time….

Very nice gentleman took our order. Never been to one and got some chicken strips. After taking our order we saw the blueberry biscuits and wanted to get one and the manager gave us two to try for free. Thank you for a great experience on our first visit.

I waited for the third time before I posted a review. I have been here three times now well before 11am with hopes of getting biscuits and gravy. Echo time they were out of gravy and gave me the same reason. “we stop serving sausage gravy after 11am”. When I pointed out that it was well before 11 they changed the excuse to “we ran out”. I’m not asking for anything exceptional. Just that they provide the products advertised at the time that they advertise for. It’s not hard. It’s powdered gravy. whip up a small batch and keep customers coming back. Nothing special here. Just another “good enough to get by” establishment. No pride or drive. Will spend my money elsewhere.

The food is awesome and probably some of the best chicken the service is okay but can be rocky sometimes or they might mess up an order every now and then but nothing to worry about the atmosphere is always great and sometimes the workers will ask you questions like how are you doing they’re just overall nice.

My son & I decided to walk in for a take-out order today and I’m so glad we did! We received superior customer service from a young lady by the name of Raelea. She was very patient, professional, and provided us with an excellent experience while visiting this Bojangles location. We appreciated her efforts and friendly disposition while we contemplated what we wanted, especially since our family has differing appetites. The other individuals working behind the counter were sweet, too. We had an overall wonderful visit with delicious food to boot! I highly recommend stopping by this Bo!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Yesterday my husband went to go get food for me while I was at work. He waited in the drive thru for 15 mins then got to the speaker and they ignored him and took the 3 cars in the other lane. So he left and went inside. Today we went at 5:00pm and at got in line and ordered 4 chicken strips and 2 chicken legs tell me why it took 30 mins to get 6 things of chicken. For god sake, you’re a chicken company how do you run out of chicken. If you notice you’re getting low on chicken at dinner rush put more down. I’m about done with this place.

Set in there 10 minutes before they took our order. Then got to pay window some lady was talking to boy who taking money said she was sick. We could here her talking start to drive off but spend 22 all ready. We got home 2 hours late We all were sick . Never will go back
