Every single time i’ve been to this location it has been exceedingly slow. Last night I Stopped in for dinner and ordered a 3 leg 2 thigh meal substitute thighs for breast. I didn’t check my bag and Box until I got home and all I had inside was 2 breasts and one thigh. Also my 2 fries weren’t even the same size.(mac ‘n cheese was out)

Fast food… not 5 stars in the literal sense… but comparing to other fast food restaurants it was very good. Hot crispy and the server was very attentive. Much better than the Bojangles on Market Street in Wilmington that reviewed before.

It’s pretty good food, our party and I enjoy Bonjangles thoroughly and try to get it anytime we are in North Carolina! This location looked brand new. Very clean atmosphere and bathrooms. This location seemed a bit understaffed. It took quite a while to receive our food. The food quality itself was fantastic but the manager seemed to be the only one working in a hurry. He would have to repeatedly tell the employees to hurry but they seemed to work at a snails pace. I genuinely feel empathetic for the manager as he seems to be the only one taking it seriously and dealing with a slow staff.

This is a new Bojangles that opened about a month ago. I gave it a shot the other day. The staff was great and helpful. The food was excellent – just out of the fryer tenders. The only complaint is the menu in the drive-thru lanes being on a monitor/TV screen…and it not displaying the majority of menu options. Maybe they’re conducting a test on it; but it’s not helpful for someone not intimately familiar with all options at Bojangles. Hopefully they’ll figure out how to appropriately leverage a digital menu like their competitors do. All that said – I’m hopeful that the menu inside is not as inferior as the drive-thru menu. Either way; good food and good staff…I’ll be back and I recommend this place.

This was mine and my bfs first time at that location and it was the slowest service I have ever gotten, there was 1 other car there and we waited like 10 minutes for 2 -4 piece supreme dinners. Stingy with sauce, biscuits where hard enough to play hockey with and all of the food was cold.

Just love eating a Chick-fil-A They have great great customer service and you don’t have to wait a long time because they have someone out there taking your orders and you just pull around and pick it up and that’s what saved time especially if you have to go somewhere else

Bought two orders of biscuits and gravy. Got home and my husband and I were super disappointed. The “gravy” was brown water. Super salty, no sausage and it soaked the biscuits. Needless to say we will NEVER make this mistake again and I hope no one else does either.
