Was in this establishment on Friday, June 30th…standing in line to order food. A young lady in front of me had a complaint about an insect found in her food. What I considered to be an easy fix …the manager ended up calling the police on this customer. The customer showed proof…(I seen it), but the manager was not willing to set this right. I was horrified by the management of this place… 4 customers left because of this manager’s attitude. I will never return!!!

I sat in the car. Been wanting to try Bojangles for along time. Wasn’t what I expected. Chicken is way to spicy for me but the blueberry glazed biscuits were amazing

This is the second time we have ordered on app from this location and had problems. 1st time they said they didn’t get the order and had to wait..order was wrong but ate it anyway. This time had to wait, order wrong again and chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Definitely wouldn’t reccomend.

Food was good but didn’t receive an item and when my husband went up to ask about getting the item the young man at the counter ignored him to talk to a coworker. So we never got that part of the order. Overall the order experience was bad due to the attitude of the same young man.

This location is always slow and get orders wrong, we keep giving them chances because it’s convenient. Once again tonight we order 3-4pc supreme dinners and the orders are wrong…no fries but you throw in a ridiculous amount of sauces in the box instead! Unfortunately the management and staffing is an issue and will never change until that changes also.

The customer service at the Bojangles is off the charts! I wish I remembered the gentleman who took my order – he knows the definition of customer service and being personable! Wish more people had his good personality and smile! Makes me want to go back.. or maybe even hang out there! Kudos to your team!
