having roaches fall on me while working and into some of you bags of food is a no. They are everywhere from the kitchen to the lobby in the dining room . Management chooses not to control it. I done even know how the rating is 95 . Don’t bother eating here !!

Got a sausage and egg biscuit at 7am and it was horrible. Almost cold the bottom of the biscuit was hard and the top biscuit seemed like it was fresher than bottom biscuit like they mixing old biscuits with fresh biscuits. The mix and match biscuit was trash. This is the third time my biscuit was put together in a mix and match fashion. I’ve had old meat on a fresh biscuit. You can tell when something is not fresh. You taste it as you eat. Last time I spend money here.

This is the third time I have been here in the last six months. EVERY time it is the same story. Absolutely rude customer service. The woman talked to me as if she was doing me a favor. Didn’t count my change back, just shoved her hand out of the plastic devider. My order was wrong. I was missing fries and a sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered tasted like fish. The chicken tasted great though(i ordered the 8 piece family meal. The dirty rice that came with it was over cooked). The inside of the restaurant was trashed. You could see food that was ground into the floor. Yhink I will take a year off from eating here again.

The blonde manager doesn’t help the workers everytime we come in. Started to see bugs crawling on the counter getting closer to the food station I eventually walked out. Hopefully a trip to Carthage is worth it

Ordered the country ham buscuit and my hubby loved it. I did not. I got bo berry biscuits that must have spent its previous life as a hockey puck! So hard i couldn’t get a fork into it. This was not the first unstance if hard buscuits. Very disappointed.

It’s truly amazing. The food is wonderful, but some of the employee have been rude a couple of times, but we all have bad days. Other than that, the service is amazing.

Staff doesn’t open the restaurant at the same time in the mornings. I guess it just depends on who is working. Sometimes they open at 5 like it says they do other times by 530 they’re still not open for driverthrough

I have attached a photo. It was undercooked! There was blood and the meat was a light pinkish color with bloody spots and cold on the inside. Only the thighs and breast pieces were undercooked, the wings and the drumsticks were fine. They didn’t let the larger pieces cook thoroughly. I understand they want to get the food out quickly, but please keep the customers in mind. Those who don’t have patience and are mean to the fast food workers deserve to get bloody chicken. However I understand there may be short staff workers and some wait times, but I’d rather be waiting than get my food cold and bloody. I will not be returning.

Very disgusting management was disrespectful and I witnessed an employee getting written up for paying for a homeless persons food. Inhuman the manager named Erica was very disrespectful always haves an attitude along with another manger named “Dee”
