I went to this location last night and although the kitchen was backed up, the woman at the speaker/drive through was very courteous and professional. Our food came out hot and was made well. 10/10 staffing on Friday night.

I ordered then went to the window. I saw no one in the restaurant kitchen area. I sat for 60 seconds before 2 people emerged from the dining area. Had to wait 4 more minutes to get my food. Chicken biscuit combo. No one in the parking lot, no one in the restaurant at 8:15 am. Other restaurants in the area busy. Very sad to see such poor service. No wonder the parking lot is empty.

First, it’s Bojangles, so know you’re getting fast food. However, we love their chicken and fries, but mostly those biscuits!!! We were the only car in the drive-thru, and It looked as though they had two curbside pickups. That being said, it took over 10 minutes for us to get 3 meals. I’m not sure what was going on, but no one came to the window to let us know why it was taking so long. I wasn’t upset about the wait, and in the past, i never had to wait longer than 5mins.

0.0 rating. I love Bojangles, but this is consistently the worst run QSR restaurant I have ever visited. Went today and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line. No apology or acknowledgement. The last time I was here, about 6 months ago, waited 45 minutes. Never again. Save your time and money.

If I could leave a 0 star I would the female in the window Shanta I believe it’s spelled, I simply asked could I get some seasoned fries and she just gave me a packet. I asked again if she could just pore it on my fries because I was driving and she said no. This really escalated I just asked for seasoned fries and she was rude about it and walked away. So I just asked for a refund because this really didn’t have to escalate as far as it did.

They never have the doors unlocked to order inside. Its Sunday, ChicFila isn’t open and the line is 15 cars long. The only good thing about this location is the nice girl with Down Syndrome. All the other employees couldn’t care, are rude and will make you wait for no reason. Will not be using my money here anymore.

This is the worst Bojangles ever. I have eaten in several Bojangles across the state and other states and locations over the last several years and this one is the worst ever. I have tried giving them multiple chances for the past three or four months going about once a month and each time it was awful. Food is refried, biscuits – hard and cold, hardly any staff, not friendly, even seen sitting in the dining room socializing. It is worth the drive to go to Bojangles outside of the Waverly area.

Bojangles WAS my favorite fast food restaurant. I went almost every single night for a year. Never got tired of it. Used to get my 4 piece sepremes combo for $7.57. Now they charge me over $11 and give me nuggets. I’m paying more for less. I moved into the apartment complex directly behind the bojangles and that was actually a huge factor but in the 5 months I’ve been here I’ve gone to the bojangles less than 5 times because of this.
