Bojangles food is always delicious with the made from scratch biscuits. The best thing about the biscuits is that you can get them any time of the day because breakfast is served all day. I got the sausage, cheese biscuit, and a large ice tea. The sausage patty was overcooked, but it still tasted absolutely delicious because of the biscuit. You can never go wrong with a Bojangles biscuit.

Do yourself and everyone you love a favor never go to a Bojangles. They are completely disorganized. You get the wrong thing. I’ve seen bugs in more than one location. I’ve had friends tell me how terrible they pay and treat their customers and their staff. Should you really need a biscuit I recommend anywhere else. I would never take a free coupon to Bojangles to feed it to my worst enemy. I’ve seen things go there that shouldn’t be going on. Definitely stay away You’ve been warned good luck.

Can’t say I was very pleased with this Bojangles in Spencer, NC. Basically the eating area was filthy. The young lady at the counter was fine, but really didn’t want to be there. Another worker basically said she was going to drain her “something” and why would the other worker want to know what was between her legs. Open conversation with customers in earshot. The sausage, egg, cheese on a biscuit was disgusting. I had a few bits of sausage and the breaking apart biscuit. The egg was hard and the cheese was just slapped on I did see the worker start to clean, but let’s say it was not stellar. I guess I won’t be going back anytime soon. Not even sure I want to go to another Bojangles.

Bojangles in Spencer, NC is the bomb! Everytime I visit NC my first stop is always bojangles! One of the mangers Whitney and the GM Jess (all of the employees) are awesome people! Food is always hot and delicious!

Went thru drive thru when the fish sandwiches first came out in February had to wait so thought it would be fresh but the fish sandwich was the worst one I ever had from bojangles. The fish actually crumbled into white little pieces when I got close to finishing it off. So I said yuck threw it away. The rest of my order was ok. But that fish sandwich was terrible. It never happened to me at other bojangles so maybe it won’t happen again.

This location always mess up my order. One day I got a Cajun filet biscuit and it wasn’t cooked at all. Today I went and ordered two supreme meals. Fries was burnt, tenders was very cold & they forgot to put my bbq and honey mustard in my bag. I rate this location 0/10. Also the manager I believe her name is Christina or Christine she is very unprofessional she was eating at the register while I was explaining to her team how my order wasn’t fresh and how my fries was burnt . She also walked away and started talking to somebody in the lobby.. as a manager why are you walking away from a unsatisfied customer.
