Stopped by last night at 9:20 pm. Sign states closes at 10pm. Doors were already locked. There was an employee sitting outside in outdoor area eating. So I kindly asked if they were closed. She replied “I don’t know. I’m fixing to get off and go home.” So we tried drive thru.. was told they only have strips and fries… this is third time we have visited this new location and third time we left to go to another restaurant. Each time they were out of something. And this was the latest. Generally we eat around 7pm… Last night was a later night for our family and it was on the way home…so third strike. Have learned that location is a waste of time… instead of moving across the street, perhaps it would make more sense to just close it down. Maybe?

My 5:00 p.m. biscuit taste like it was made at 6:00. The steak was thin and dry and the people did not know how to say. Thank you. Yes ma’am no ma’am or anything. I blame it on the establishment, not training people properly and not having proper management in the store throughout the day.

Closed the dining room at 7:30 despite there being 4-5 employees sitting outside smoking. Had nothing available except supremes and fries, and it took 30 minutes to get those, then had multiple ‘tenders’ that are more aligned with nuggets then a 12 dollars combo. Don’t waste your time or money, this place is a dump

I meant to leave this review weeks ago but I wanted to mention an employee, Terion I believe, he was extremely courteous and kind and it was so noticeably so that I made a mental note to leave a review hoping he gets some sort of recognition. Fast food workers these days tend to be rude and unbothered to use any manners but this young man was thoughtful and helpful. I had to pull to the front to wait for my food and he carried it to my car and his kindness and awesome attitude made the visit worth the wait! Just an awesome young man I felt compelled to share my experience about!

It’s Saturday 7:00pm and I pulled in to the drive thru, they said they were no longer taking orders via drive thru, that I could order inside but NOT doing additional cooking!! This not the first time this happens or in the past via drive thru they say they are closed and it’s 8pm when online and the signs says 10pm. I understand they may be short staffed but they should consider changing their hours if thats the case, this is Very disappointing !!

Twice now we have visited this location and their out of almost everything. Last time we did an online order, we went to the store for our order, and they told us they were out of chicken because someone didn’t show up to marinade. Then, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get our money back on our card. Will not return to this location
