Utterly disappointed!!! I’ve had this bojangles sandwich before. Please see photos. Was told this is how the sandwiches come. I know how bread machines work. For them to tell me this is normal. Only proves more so that people don’t care anymore these days (minus Chick-fil-A workers).

I want to say I appreciate Miss Dianne(or Diana). She was a manager who stepped in on Thursday, in the drive thru when one of her workers became frustrated and tried to refuse me service based on his own personal issues.

DELICIOUS! I tried the Fried Steak Biscuit. I HIGHLY recommend! Butter biscuit with a hot, crunchy, thick and fresh piece of fried steak! I am very pleased woth my choice for dinner and will be visiting this location again. The staff were super friendly and the inside was really clean.

Constantly arrive to this Bojangles, only to have Dining Room Closed, Drive through only! Pick and choose, If you are the store owner, get it together, if you like giving money away just give it to me, these kids working here don’t care. Brand new building and service horrible. At least take down all the “cmon in” signs

It clearly says the drive through on Saturday is open until 11 pm. We got there at 10:05 pm and sat at the speaker. We waited for 5 minutes in silence before saying something. The worker said that they were closed and we said, “we thought you closed,” we got no response.

Service here is the worst. Why is no one taking my order 40 minutes before closing? I understand being understaffed, maybe clean up the last 10 minutes, something; but for no one to acknowledge us at all, well before its time for closing? Unacceptable. This has happened on multiple occasions. The food is not consistent and the service is almost always below par. Tighten up.
