I had forgotten that Bojangles chicken is delicious until I tried the food from this place recently. I last had Bojangles chicken before the pandemic and didn’t have a good experience so I stayed away for a while. But for dinner I ordered a pickup order from the Bojangles app and the food did not disappoint. Be warned though that this place is better for lunch than dinner. I say that because I had ordered a 12 piece meal box and paid online through the app, but when I went to pick up the girl up front told me that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill the order, because they cook small batches at night since it’s so slow. I told them that I had already paid for this and I didn’t know how to cancel since the app had already processed it, she said to call the app to do that. Now it was only 8pm and the store closes at 10pm, so I asked aren’t you cooking any more chicken for dinner the night? Finally a senior staff / manager came and said that they can cook more chicken to complete the order. I had to wait 20 mins for my food, but she gave us a couple of free sodas while we waited. They didn’t have sides we had ordered and wanted, so they gave us replacements. I appreciate the manager stepping in and helping us with our order, but it was not a pleasant experience before. I am grateful that we got our food that I had already paid for. Big lesson here is don’t do online orders for this store.

Bojangles Harrisburg, calling these SUPREME is ridiculous $9.33 for 3 shrunken chicken tenders and a flat biscuit. They also had no chicken breasts to order an 2, 8, or 10 piece meal

Surprisingly, the chicken was hot & fresh. The cashier sucked, she looked at us like we were bothering her conversation by wanting to order food.

This restaurant chain has gone so far downhill. it’s really a shame. The staff is horrible at the drive-through window. I asked about a particular food item they no longer serve (grits), and she got a complete attitude. The food look thrown together by a 5 year old. I will never ever return

We stopped in around 7 at night on a Saturday. No customers were inside and we walked up to order. 3 employees just stared at us. After about 5 mins, one comes over, hits a few keys on register looks up at me and says “I dont know whats going on” and walks away. We should’ve just left but we stayed because we were so hungry. After another 5 minutes, eventually the manager comes in from outside and takes our order. He seemed to be frustrated at the kids for goofing off and not addressing all the drive through orders. But he made no attempt to apologize or, at least, acknowledge our wait.

This location has had small flashes of great food and service, but this visit was a waste of time. We pulled up and saw two people inside and they definitely saw us. By the time we got inside, they were gone. Without being rude, we made sure they knew we were there, but they never came out to take our orders. My kids usually love the food, but even teenagers are getting tired of the bad service.

Been coming to this specific location 30 years and have seen both good and bad changes. Most recently I have steered away from this place solely on their rude attitude, lack of urgency and order accuracy. It appears they have made some GREAT changes especially having Mrs. G at the window. She was extremely thorough taking our order, had awesome energy and very commutative which is imperative in the restaurant industry. This is the standard to be expected! Thank you Mrs. G!

Stopped in for some Supremes yesterday and ordered the 12 piece box that cost $36.00 . When I got home, the chicken was so small that it looked like nuggets. I was very disappointed and called the manager Mike and without any problem he said don’t worry I’ll take care of that for you and my son went and picked up the chicken. At that price, Bojangles need to step up on their quality control and make sure people are getting what they pay for. Tiny chicken should be a tiny price, and Supremes should be the size that’s advertised on their commercials. Don’t have a problem with the cost as long as it’s comparable to the product. So thank you, Mike, for making this right.

The outside was really clean. The food was good. The service was quick and fast. Didn’t wait a long time at the drive-thru. Like other Bojangles that I have been to and waited forever. The sweet tea was good. The chicken wasn’t dry.
