Order 12p family pack, requested NO THIGHS, to be replace with wings instead but I received 4 thighs, 2 breasts & 4 wings. Every biscuits was burned furthermore order 3 large fries. Don’t know what was ordered b/c I didn’t received a receipt but I paid $48.11.

It seemed my order was inconvenient for the restaurant. Chef staring me down as I rolled up to the pickup window. I was told it would be 15 minutes and my chicken order. Results is a mix of under cooked and over cooked chicken and the order was wrong. The dinner room is never open. Putting the under cooked chicken in the oven.

This bojangles is not as good as others. I once ordered a cajun filet (chicken) biscuit, and they gave me a piece of chicken in a blueberry biscuit. Disgusting. They don’t fry the chicken for long enough or hot enough like other locations.

If I could give zero stars I would bc they don’t even deserve the 1 star that I had no choice but to give. I pulled up at the drive through during breakfast and I’m immediately greeted with “you can go ahead”. I proceed to ask if they still serve grits, the response was “no we do not” with a whole attitude. Please stop hiring people that do NOT want to work! No way I’m spending my hard earned money with a restaurant that lacks proper customer service. I didn’t get a hello, good morning, NOTHING! Just “you can go ahead”. I drove the hell off!!! I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. But, please train your drive thru workers to talk to the customers better and to actually greet them with some kind of respect bc without “customers”, y’all wouldn’t be open!!

Food was was freshly made …my fries were hot and soft just the way I like them. The only issue was I couldn’t get all the sauces I wanted..may e next time. Customer service was great as well.

WORST bojangles ever. Everytime I go they are out of something I order (sauce, certain sodas, etc). You can count on them forgetting at least one item from your order. This time I got no biscuit at all. If you can go to another Bojangles save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My dayghter and I wanted some chicken, and with the limited time we had for lunch, we went to bojangles near the honda dealership on Bruton Smith blvd. It is the worst. They are children running around, basically playing tags with each other. There shouldn’t be 3 people giving a receipt to the customer. From my vehicle, I can see inside the kitchen. The table they are working on is disgusting, and don’t get me started on the floor. Anyway we got out food , one of the biscuits had a metal wire string on it and when I told the cashier it didn’t bother her. These people suppose to be more attentive with someone’s food.
