We went to this Bojangles to dine in and the dining room was closed. We then went through the drive-thru to order two dark biscuits and we express dark three times to the cashier; as we approached the window she gave us the food with an attitude; no thank you or anything; biscuits were light in color and cold! This is our last visit here, will not come back ever! And will tell anyone else that we come in contact with do not waste your time or money, don’t go there!

First, 10 minutes AFTER we paid for our order, I asked how much longer and was told that there would be no more chicken for 30 minutes! There were 2 breasts in the tray, and the girl agreed to substitute them for wings. The biscuits were good (hence the 1 star). The chicken was dry and not hot. They were out of both ranch dressing and berry biscuits. (9 minutes until they were to be ready).

So slow, our order took forever, service was incredibly slow. We had nothing special. A couple 4 piece dinners and a chicken sandwich. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here. On a road trip and this stop took us a half hour to get food to-go. In addition our food wasn’t even hot, as it would be just coming out of an oven/fryer. /

This location is the most sorry, and rude Bojangles I’ve ever visited. We were traveling after cleaning out the office of a family member that had passed. We were starving and stopped in at 9:20pm.

I saw the poor reviews, but thought it might not be that bad. I am actually blown away at how poor everything is overall here. There is literally no urgency from the staff. The food is not prepped. The only person wearing gloves is the person sweeping the floor. The bathroom feels so dirty and the trash can is covered in rust and mold. I don’t understand how management would allow an establishment to run this way, especially in such a remote area where people don’t have a choice of places to eat.

I love that when I’m traveling, I’ve always had a good experience at this Bojangles..the food was hot, fresh, the chicken sandwich was delicious, now I will say if your not partial to spice..its a bit spicy.. I loved it, but did my next visit try the grilled chicken sandwich.. it was a pleasant surprise, not spicy, cooked just right, and tasted great.. I also must say the young ladies working the take out window, were friendly, kind and efficient. Hope to get by again..til then I have only had good experiences..keep up the great job”

It’s Bojangles! But every one I visit when I go out of town is uncharacteristically slow with blah service. I don’t know what’s happened over the last decade but it’s definitely not good. All of them have the same outdated dining areas.
