This location is so ghetto during the dinner shift. Zack the manager yelling at folks who ready to go home because they’ve worked all day and their relief aren’t on time or either not coming to work. The cashier got my order wrong missing items and then myself and another customer wait over 30 minutes for food. Instead of the “manager” doing his due diligence, he goes outside to smoke . Then when I ask for him to come to front so he can definitely comp my meal because it definitely should’ve been comped at this point… he dismissed me and told the cashier to offer me a side!? On an almost $40 order!? He’s insane! Never going back there again

Every new place that first opens needs a while to sort things out and find a way to work together to be a team. This location today served KFC style biscuits.. Or also known as unbuttered and undercooked. I got an 8 piece tailgate special with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The total with taxes was 28.17… On a side note the “Boxes” section “8 piece and 4 biscuits” only costs $15.21 at this location so I AM COMPLETELY DONE WITH DOOR DASH AS THEY HAVE THIS EXACT ITEM LISTED AS $19.11 ..UPDATE: it has been 3 days and my entire family has been sick on the toilet since eating this meal. We came here inside for some breakfast. They were extremely backed up. We were waiting 30 mins and haven’t even ordered our food. Once we did, it was another 30 minutes to get our food. However, the food was hot and great. It’ll be months before we come back again, and hopefully they have a better system by then.

#2 Been awhile and we thought they would have gotten better by now but no such luck. Before the chicken was undercooked and now it’s overcooked to the point it’s chewy and dried up. $30 down the drain. The breasts were the size of a thigh and the thighs were the size of a wing. Oddly enough the drumsticks were ok. We can’t afford to lose any more money at this location. It doesn’t seem like they even care which is even worse. We love Bojangles but we won’t go back to this location. Lamm Rd may make mistakes with the orders but at least their food is edible. I’ve added pics this time but they’re not very good. You can’t truly see the extend of damage to these poor chicken parts.

Service is always long, no matter how many cars are in the drive through and staff was not friendly at all. I don’t always get everything in my bag. The prices have gone up too much to have things missing from my bag. Will not be spending my money here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.
