Where do I even begin!? This has got to be the WORST Bojangles EVER! For starters there was a cockroach on the floor, it took 15 minutes to get our food which would be ok IF it was fresh! The fries were absolutely disgusting and the biscuit seemed under cooked and was more of a white color. My son who loves their biscuits took a bite and said he was not eating anymore becuase they were nasty. I took a bite of mine and refused to eat the rest!! The manager (it was his first day) asked how everything was and after hearing what we had to say he offered us fresh fries which were also not good and cinnamon twist (tasted like dough). After explaining we were taking the food home for our dog….he offered to make us chicken so we would not be leaving without atleast getting to eat something. It was his first day and he cooked the food better than the coworkers who have been there longer. There was also a female working who came in yelling at one of the works that his grandmother was outside and said she wanted him to cook her some food and bring it out to her in the parking lot…he said he was busy and the female worker said well your grandmother said she wants it now so he stopped making guests food to get his grandmothers food cooked. My family will NOT be returning to this Bojangles for any reason!!! Horrible

My family stopped to get dinner here. We spoke with a gentleman who worked there who was very kind. Our cashier, Chloe, went above and beyond! She had an amazing personality, read our order back to us before putting it in, and even made sure we got the fresh chicken straight out of the fryer!

Chloe is not welcoming at all. Just gave me a cold stare. Ordered my food for dine in it was boxed up like a to go order. Chloe did not say anything such as a thank you. Mashed potatoes were cold. She was the same way with other patrons. At least say hello and thank you! Also, on my receipt says take out, I told Chloe it was dine in. Dont ask if you will do the opposite!

30+ minute wait for 12 chicken strips and fries is unacceptable. I wouldnt have waited but I had already paid. They then made me wait 10 minutes to get a refund, and were upset I asked for one.

The morning staff is amazing, however the night shift? Attitudes are awful and will hand you burnt food without caring. I asked for a fresh bo-Berry specifically and they were going to let me drive away with a burnt biscuit but I made sure to check. they had attitudes when I asked for a fresh one. don’t understand why complain when you work at a fast food restaurant.
