No matter what I’ve gotten from their menu, it’s been really good. My only complaint is that the Cajun chicken ain’t spicy enough to be called Cajun.

Ordered 4 boberry biscuits, and orange juice, and picnic fry and paid over $15.00. Was also told it would be 4 minutes for the boberries and was pulled up for 15 minutes. Manager was apologetic but not helpful and staff was inattentive to me when I walked in after waiting so long outside. Staff need more training and better communication among themselves and with customers.

Visited this location on yesterday 8/7/23. Went thru drive thru asked for fresh hot food. Drove off to look into the box to only see greasy food and looked like it was cooked days before. Went back thru drive thru young lady was rude, and had a nasty attitude, proceeded to argue that it was fresh and did I want my money back, she didn’t suggest making my food fresh or anything. Unfortunately corporate doesn’t take calls anymore but I will never visit this location again and my complaint will be heard with upper management.

Absolutely worst Bojangles I’ve been to. Waited 20 mins for food. Food was cold! All the CHILDREN behind the counter weren’t doing anything but talking laughing and hugging each other! No management, and if there was they should be fired. The restaurant was empty. Guess everyone knew but us! Never going back!!

Food was excellent, paid cash for my dine in meal, no problem, or go out and go through the drive thru due to card machine inside not working. I asked the associate how that would work if I wanted to eat inside and got no response.

This Bojangles location (2001 E Arlington Blvd, Greenville, NC) has the worst service of any restaurant in Greenville, North Carolina,. It’s as if there is no manager in charge, and no one knows what they were doing.

First off their health score was an 81.5 Called in a really large order, was told it would take 45 mins to get it ready, got to the location when they said it would be ready, only to be told they had no clue what I was talking about and even questioned me as if I were lying to them. Then blamed it on a shift change said the first shift didn’t tell them that the order was placed.

After one Bojangles posted up fake hours, we came to this one, and it was great. We got the 8 piece chicken box meal, it was more than enough for for two people to split for a couple of days.

Ordered Drive-through, waited 20 minutes for my food! Finally went inside and my food was sitting on the counter and had just been there I guess. And the food is almost cold. Not a good experience the girl that assisted me when I went inside was very nice about it all tho. The people are nice just very slow here.
