This location has THE WORST customer service on the night shift. Store manager doesn’t seem to care how his employees act. Order taker was extremely rude and nobody seems to care how this person treats their customers. Please avoid this location. After I thought about it, this seems like a scam. Order taker told me my order total was $35. Order was a supremes meal and 2 kids meals. Total should have been $23. She repeated it to me 3 times. My 15 year old grandson was sitting right next to me. When I questioned the order taker about the price she sd ” I don’t make the prices, the price is the price”. Need less to say we left. I called back and asked for a manager. Manager must have had me on speaker phone because order taker chimed right in while I was talking and said, ” That’s not what I told her”. It should have been a private conversation between me and the manager on duty. I asked for store managers named and called back 2 days later. Of course he took their side and did apologize but he was CLEARLY disinterested in what happened. What would have happened if I had just went on around and paid the $35? Watch your money at this location. Something isn’t right here.

I love Bojangles but this location no bueno. Customer service was mediocre. Could tell worker did not want to be there. I got my food is was cold. Asked for extra seasoning on fries. I got unseasoned fries. Biscuit was hard as a brick. Not happy!! Asked for condiments got none! No utensils smh thanks for ruining my lunch break

If I could give the Bojangles on Bessemer Avenue in Greensboro a 0 I would they have the most unprofessional staff and managers I don’t know who was working as manager on 3/26/23 at 8pm but they need to be fired rude disrespectful and racist. It does not take 45 minutes for drive thru food and No consideration for customer satisfaction at all. I would not recommend this location or ever visit here again . Chick fil a would never offer such unprofessionalism neither would it be tolerated.

What is with Bojangles, went inside and ordered 2 chicken biscuits and large tea with lemon. They said they had none cut up, nobody in line and no one to cut up lemons. So i cancelled order and walked out.
