It’s Bojangles. I got a ham biscuit and boy have they gone downhill. It’s not the prep of the restaurant. It’s because they tried to make money during the pandemic. The ham was paper thin and if you eat the ham by itself. There is a beef jerkey taste to it. You once got a real piece of ham. No more. You get a flavored shingle of processed matter. Nasty

I visit this location often with family members who live in Moore Co. They always remark how much better this Bojangles is over the ones in their area. I totally agree. Betty, who takes care of the customers in the dining area, will also add a little sunshine to your day. Betty is the main reason we visit as much as we do. She is a priceless employee who has a smile that comes from her heart. She really cares about people. Makes all the difference. Keep up the good work. The manager is definitely doing an outstanding job!

I got some of the best service at this location from two of the most well spoken and considerate young men I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. Compared to other Bojangles the quality of food is awful now. I go there often and won’t be going anymore. i kept going for the past few months hoping the food quality would change but it hasn’t. Soggy fries that taste nasty. Green chicken…. Over cooked chicken… Under cooked chicken with blood… this place has really dropped their standards. I’ve been to other bojangles recently and the food is always great but this one continues to be awful.

Rude people …..just rude! I greet the cashier and they don’t say anything in response, just “welcome to Bojangles ECT” another customer had to tell me my food was ready. They set it on the counter Infront of him and say nothing, or I may not have heard. I was standing 5 ft away. I also wasn’t offered a reciept untill after the cashier ask me, what I was waiting for, ummm my reciept. Food was good, like any other Bojangles. So I give 2 stars.

This is the best bojangles we’ve every been too. Food is hot and fresh everytime here compared to other bojangles, tea could be a little sweeter but it’s still good. Employees are GREAT!!! service is fast. Will continue to stop here when passing through.
