First time ever at a Bojangles. Extremely clean very friendly. Coleslaw, mashed potatoes fried chicken and biscuit fresh and very good! Sweet tea was super good! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Place front and back was spotless!!! Id come back to this one!!!

The food & service here is fine but they always pull you up. Having worked a drive thru for years this is a management decision used to fake drive thru times for corporate. It is compleat unacceptable to inconvenience the customer to fake corporate metrics.

They immediately tell every car in the drive-thru to pull forward. Doesn’t it take longer to walk every order out the front door instead of just passing it through the intended window. No orders are completed through the drive-thru window. Took a while to get food.

I understand it’s fashionable its culture to wearing dreadlocks. It’s your choice. But when you work AROUND FOOD!! You need to have them up. Not hanging down around the food. Everyone’s hair and texture is not the same and pleasing to the eye. They’re not clean and fresh. It is up to management to establish this rule and policies. Where did the level of professionalism go? Where did we come to work and listing to music was more important than serving your customers. This is not a race thing I too am black. This is only my opinion. I don’t like to come into these restaurants. And I have to stare at your face. And you got a 1000 tattoos and nose piercings. It’s so unprofessional. Please remove those objects when you coming to work. Or work out of sight. Management set some kind of guideline. I understand good help this hard to find. But where are you getting these people? You are serving food not garbage I enjoy Bojangles please let’s get it together. Your appearance is everything.That look isn’t accepted in Corporate America. You will not find that look in any Bank ,Hospital, Lawyers office Nor Public Service.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a 5pc Supreme combo and 2 sausage and egg biscuits scrambled. They got my order wrong three times. The guy at the window handed me my supremes with no sauce and none of my biscuits. He opened the window and was wondering why I was still sitting there. I said I didn’t get any biscuits or sauce. So when he came back the only thing he gave me was another plain biscuit?? So he came back and I reminded him I didn’t get any of the sausage biscuits and to please make sure they were scrambled. He came back, gave me two biscuits and they were indeed wrong. And before the window could close some other guy said “is that it or is she going to need something else”. Why is the afternoon staff so much more rude than the morning.

How are you going to charge 10 dollars for a meal with product and service like this……. I pulled up to an empty drive thru and asked for fresh fries, they made me pull up to the corner and I waited 15 mins for double dipped soggy grease fries and two of my supremes were all fat. I used to go to bojangles 2 or 3 times a week but I’ve probably only gone twice this year for these reasons, not what it used to be and cost twice as much.

Me and my husband stopped by here on the way home from hospital. We got 2 3 piece dinners. The chicken was cooked so hard we couldn’t even eat it. Want go back here again.

Service is okay as far as fast-food goes. Biggest thing is that a “chicken” place is ALWAYS out of CHICKEN!!!! My first pick is a 3 piece meal, and I couldn’t tell you when the last time was they had dark meat. The response to my order is always that they are out. So when I say just give me 3 pieces of white meat, they seem baffled by the concept. I started coming to this one because the Mebane-Oaks location is such a painful joke, but I just can’t imagine what is going on with the management at this place.

Clean place, organized, but the customer service is not part of the menu. McKenzzie? That was her name I guess… tries to be a smart one when I tell to the cashier that she should have asked me about if I decided to have a drink or not, she literally said, “it’s on the menu, you have to see that too” -pointing at it and while talking she starts to walk away- I told the cashier that she shouldn’t have done that and I told her that “her” attitude was not appropriate.

This Bojangles is two stars for the fresh fries. But they serve my Cajun filet sandwich with hard chicken, my season fries with no seasoning and charge two dollars more than every other Bojangles I go to.
