This review is specifically for their chicken sandwich. I finally test drove their new chicken sandwich and it is OUTSTANDING! The nice fella at the drive-thru told me he thought it was better than the Popeyes version when I told him this was my first time. I told him I was skeptical but I would keep an open mind. This is one OUTSTANDING chicken sandwich. This thing is big (the piece of chicken is large), the bun is great, giant/thick slices of pickle and the spice mixture oozed into the meat. My picture makes it look like the chicken is not cooked at first glance but that is the spices. I would rank this chicken sandwich up with any in the fast food realm. The sandwich gets a definite five stars.

Save your money and go to a bojangles with better customer service. With as many fast food options there’s better places to spend your money multiple visits to this location the same woman older gray headed lady looks to be a mgr always quite ugly there’s better places I can chose with much better attitudes. Last time trying here. Do better ma’am.

20pc family meal. On Super Bowl Sunday I expected a wait but after I see the drive thru rolling a families come inside to dine AND leave. It’s been coming up on an hour wait at the time this comment is posted. Apparently management is in the back just chilling while Regina is doing her best to accommodate. To be honest her hospitality is the only reason I didn’t get a refund. She was the only one that updated me on my order multiple times. *Breaking News* I was just told, after this long wait that there is no dark meat and fries aren’t ready. So after spending $60 I can’t even get the meal I wanted. I would give this a zero but I can’t. No courtesy from any management is very concerning. Never coming back.

You would figure that all Bojangles’ would be the same. I live in Raleigh,NC and I was in High Point and stopped to eat at this Bojangle’s and was really pleased. The quality of the food was great and this store must do something different with their biscuits because they tasted wonderful.

The service is nice BUT….the food is giving “refreshments after service.” in the worst way possible. The chicken is just okay but the mashed potatoes and gravy are terrible. Just didn’t feel welcome, the person taking the order was rushing and then when I paid it was like she had no manors, she almost threw my bag into my car. My drink was wrong, for lunch time my food was colder then it should have been. I ended up just throwing half of it away.

My fiancé and I come here, he has very little time on his first break but makes sure he leaves in enough time to go through the drive thru because they’re usually decent. This morning, the drive thru was backed up for 15 minutes!!! Which left him 5 minutes to get back to work and eat. I’m not complaining about the drive thru being backed up for so long because they were being slow, I’m complaining because they were serving people who came AFTER him and making him wait. You better believe something will be said very soon because we are regulars here. It’s supposed to be FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, not pick and choose! Get some people in here that can actually do the job correctly!!! Very disappointed!
