These people are amazing. They were very busy when I came in but the food was still good and fresh and they were just working so hard. I really wish I had more money to give them some tips since they deserve it a lot more than these people with bad attitudes at sit-down restaurants. And they have a great sanitation score

WORST BOJANGLES IN BURLINGTON! Dining room is always empty. Manager is always yelling at employees & playing the victim towards customers. Order is always wrong. Always have to wait for food. Nothing is ever ready when you get there. 10 MINUTES FOR BO BERRIES! 5 min for this, 10 min for that. ALWAYS WAITING & THE DINNING ROOM IS EMTY. NOT ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER!

New cashier today. She was great but made one mistake. I ordered cheese but she forgot to ring it. Grilled chicken sandwich tasted great. BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE MANAGER YELLING AT ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES. It was very unprofessional and ruined my dining experience.

I went through the drive thru and had to pull around and park and wait for my order. That was no problem, but they didn’t bring me my receipt. I asked for my receipt and the young man said that he would bring it to me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I got out of my car and went inside. They had the nerve to tell me that since I didn’t ask for my receipt at the drive thru window, that they didn’t have it anymore. They got a receipt out of the trash and said it was mine. The receipt they gave me, didn’t show how much I paid for the meal, so I told them that I needed my receipt. They did end up printing me a receipt. When I looked at the chicken breast, it looked like the chicken breast had did a split and not very well and the box that the chicken came in was torn on the side. They did replace the chicken and the box, after I asked them to.

Patricia the general manager is rude her lack of professionalism and customer service. I ordered 2 separate orders. 1 large fry and a biscuit then 2 steak biscuits, the separate order I ordered 4 piece supreme dinner French fry and mountain dew . They parked me due to the steak biscuits. When Patricia came to my car brought my 4 peace Supreme dinner. When I advised her I had another order she said she didn’t know anything about it. Walled away and proceeded toward the entrance. I said to her from my car….what about my other order. She then said maybe someone will bring it to you.. a white lady came to my car and said your extra biscuit and fry is in with the Supreme dinner. I said to her it was two separate orders and should have been bagged separate. She proceeded inside brought my biscuit and fry out. There was not a apology for the inconvenience or anything. The whole experience was a turn off. Especially for Patricia to be the General Manager…

Ordered a fish sandwich and asked for extra tarter sauce twice when she handed me the sandwich I asked does it have extra tarter sauce and she said yes. I checked it in the parking lot and it barley had any so I went back to the drive thru and asked for some tarter sauce to put on my sandwich and they refused to give me a pack or little cup of it. I’ll never go there again.

The worst dining experience that I have ever experienced. The place was nasty, didn’t have several items on the menu, no sporks to eat with, no ice tea, and wasn’t sure if I would be mugged before I could finish eating. Stay away. You would be better off with a pack of nabs and a bottled water from a convenient store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Disrespectful cashier in drive thru, old chicken, and I did not get my complete order. Unfortunately, I did not realize that my order was incomplete and the food was bad – until after I’d left, too far to come back. I ended up throwing it away and had to go somewhere else to eat. The smurky looks on the staff faces make me wonder if this is a game to them. I will certainly never return to that location and I wonder if this is what Bojangles has come to.
