This location needs to be shut down not only due to lack of training but also lack of food quality from raw under cooked chicken to dangerously excessive amounts of seasoning they put on their fries even after i poured them on a plate and wiped off alot of salt this location is going to get someone hurt or worse. Star service had disappeared at all locations and the are wanting people to eat what they would not pay for even with their employee discounts

Went through drive through 2 days ago and ordered 8 piece and was told they were out of chicken. Just placed an order 20 minutes ago and told again they are out of chicken. How can a chicken business stay in business when they specialize in chicken but seem to always be out of chicken. Waste of time. Stick with Popeyes……they are never out of chicken.

This place has always been terrible I only go here because my brother likes it. Slow service rude workers something always seems to be down but this is the last straw got breakfast relatively fast this morning as I was eating I see something black and to my horror it was a dead fly I spit out my food is disgust. For fast food, they are actually pretty fast. Employees are friendly and courteous. Ample parking, Drive thru available. I am not a biscuit guy, but this is one place where I at least eat the crust and outside layer of biscuit, as it is fluffy and soft with a buttery flavor. The chicken is very moist and the coating is crunchy with a unique taste that does not leave an after taste like others. It is surprisingly not oily either. I also tried the roasted chicken bites which o have had before, but was not impressed this time. They were overdone, a bit burned and stale. Might have been sitting around awhile. The Cole slaw as a side is creamy and a great additive for chicken. Place was clean and had a steady lunch crowd inside and out. For the money and a quick bite, it’s ok.

I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food for some reason. I also asked for extra seasoning 4 times and still got regular seasoning. It even says “regular seasoning” on the reciept. I usually love bojangles, but this location is just a mess. Fries are also doughy and just disgusting.

I’ve been to 3 bojangles locations in Winston-Salem and have been disappointed every time. To ask for hot food politely and be told I would get it then get fries that we’re just fried twice and a cold chicken sandwich that I know has been sitting there for more than half an hour is frustrating. Especially when I usually do not ask.

I came in today (1/5/23) around 4:30pm. One gentleman opened the door for me and another rang me up. Both were very kind and polite. My biscuit was everything I ever loved about bojangles. Really hot and delicious. I know fast food in general has declined in quality since the pandemic but I still get really good food here. It’s in my neighborhood and I’ll never stop visiting.
