I was going to leave them alone but I couldn’t let my last review mislead anyone. This location had briefly improved. Unfortunately, it was short-lived. I would recommend you NOT waste your time and money at this location. The food served is subpar and as awful as their sanitation rating.

Employees were not friendly, I had to pull to the window to order and still my order was wrong. I’m glad I checked my box because I was given a breast and leg instead of 3 piece supreme meal. The employee took the box back from me and put the chicken back which is highly unsanitary. Food was not fresh when i received the correct food. From what I saw looking in the drive thru window the store was not clean.

Just found out they will no longer sell grits and cinnamon buns. Oh well the grits weren’t good lately anyway. I opted for the ham biscuit and bo rounds. Sweet tea was a great compliment. Didn’t eat in so can’t comment on atmosphere. No one was eating in though.

Food was good, but the small problems add up. No ketchup, AC barely running when it’s hot out, no spoons, staff seemed somewhat distracted. Still a three stars because the food was still what I expected, and I got an extra chicken tender.

The sign outside today, 5/15/22, said that you get a $10 gas card with the purchase of a 20-piece meal. The woman at the drive-thru said that they aren’t doing that anymore. They also forgot the other half-gallon of tea, my receipt, and took a long time to get the food. On a positive note, the lady who brought me the food was nice and brought me a copy of the receipt. Too bad I didn’t see that I was missing the tea.

Website said they close at 10 it was 9:10 that i sat in an empty lot with no one ahead of me for 7 mins without a word. A decent we are closed or not taking any more orders would be professional and I’ll head on my way to find somewhere else to spend my money but NOTHING and like I said it was “9:10” wasted my time waiting on poor customer service!
