Last time I was there, there the white lady on the front line passed me a cold cup of coffee,when I came back to inform her she told me it was fresh. I was saved by the bell. A young black girl looked to be a supervisor or something, gave me a fresh cup of Hot Coffee . That’s why my ratings are low.

By far one of the worst experiences ever at any Bojangles. People working the drive through unable to understand plain English. Biscuits barely wrapped. Had to explain 3 or more times what was ordered. Can’t understand anything said through the speaker outside ordering. Handed out the window someone else’s food without confirming what our order actually was.

Drive thru Lady was horrible..very rude and was argumentative with a few customers..She kept yelling into her headset to take someone’s order and the way the cars were lined, noone was at speaker. So after her screaming out 5 or 6 times, I let my window down and told her that the Customer couldn’t order because she was too far away..Proceeding to get my order..I asked who was taking orders, and stated that she sounded very hostile and rude..She said it was some shady things going on inside, probally some personal conflicts within management or workers I could only assume. It was not a good experience and the working atmosphere seemed very negative. No apologies from Manager and she was directly in my sight of view when I was stating my complaints. The manager should have stepped in and showed Leadership. But did not. Very bad experience.

Slowest place in South Boston…. Even slower than Wendy’s and that’s saying something. Their speaker box is so broken with a fried chicken box where the screen used to be. The employee will mumble something you can’t understand and intentionally(has to be) misunderstand your order. I watched the lady behind me take 5 minutes to explain her order to the clueless staff. This is a problem with management/ownership. Skip this place if you don’t want to waste 30 minutes in a drive thru to be treated with disrespect.
