We really like Bojangles chicken but there’s no restaurants near where we live. When we travel south we always try to stop by and enjoy the great chicken. This place in Wythville, VA was on our way home and we had dinner there. We even got extra for lunch the next day. To all who like great chicken stop by Bojangles.

The food is wonderful, but the staff even greater! The manger or lead was on top of making everything run smoothly, it was refreshing to watch him run the place with efficiency! The cashier gal was super helpful and pleasant! We ere very pleased with the entire experience! Thank you!

Stopped here on a road trip just before noon. There was one table occupied when we arrived and one other couple in line. After ordering, we were unable to find a single clean table, and after going to the restroom and seeing roaches walking around and dead roaches in the dining area, we chose to eat our food in our vehicle. Scared to know about the cleanliness of the kitchen, but since our toddler was fussy and we needed to get back on the road, we ate the food. The food was actually good, although room temperature. It didn’t seem to be a staffing issue as there were plenty employees on at the time, but the cleanliness of the restaurant really needs attention.

This Bojangles is average. The location is not the best, but that is typical of the Bojangles I’ve been to. The service was quick and helpful. I’m not a big fan of spicy food, but you expect it that way from Bojangles. Still , my chicken on biscuit was tough. The blueberry biscuits were great.

They let random people in the kitchen area. The cashier put her hand on food with no gloves after handling money. Tables were sticky. They need more better protection with handling of the food.

My husband and I stopped here to finally try a Bojangles since there aren’t any around where we’re at. Let me tell you the food does not disappoint. We both ordered the Carolina Gold chicken sandwich combos and the chicken has better flavor and is crispier than Chik Fil A. The dining room was a little dirty and service was a tad slow but other than that we’re now fans.

My first time at a Bojangles and I am pleasantly surprised at how good the service and food it. People here are the nicest! They work so hard for the customers and I appreciate it. Just nice to see a place with good vibes and the food reflects that. I almost went to Popeyes but the line was long and it wasn’t moving. The employees seemed angry. The prices were nuts. I’m glad I left and tried something new.

6 or 7 people working in this place. Pulled me at the drive thru AND FORGOT ABOUT US…ON A WEEKDAY….WITH NO CUSTOMERS, that we were waiting for food. Not a hard order. A combo. Waited 15 minutes. Drive through lady was too busy worrying about looking out the window, and the rest of the employees looked like children. Don’t do it!! Go ANYWHERE but here!!!
