The store closes at 2pm not the advertised 10pm. Completely and utterly ridiculous. You have two jobs to stay open and serve chicken. The last one I went to was open but didn’t have chicken. Like what the heck. I went to this one at 3 and the Wendy’s workers across the street told us it closed an hour earlier.. That is an 8 hour difference than the advertised time. Get it together or properly display your times, we went out of our way to go, seeing that it was open and it was not. Waste of our time. Shameful.

The chicken sandwich was great. However, the fries were awful. Usually, the fries are wonderfully seasoned, crisp but soft in the middle. These were limp and tasteless.

Food was good, but the person in the drive-thru taking orders rushed through my order and didn’t wait to see if I had any other additions to it, so had to add to order at first window. Also gave me wrong side and sauce without asking what I wanted in my supremes combo. Luckily, the side I was given (dirty rice) instead of what I wanted (fries) was also good, so 2 stars instead of 1.

The only thing I think would have made a 5 star was the chicken. Needs more seasonings in the batter. All I could really taste was the flour. Overall, the sides were great and delicious! The chicken was great Overall. Juicy and very tasty.

Went out of my way to go to Bojangles and they were closed close early for I don’t know what. Very disappointing and heartbroken website said 10 or 11 it was like 8 o’clock. They need to go off in change the time on the website so that way people don’t waste their time

Entered a few minutes after 11 a.m. to get a roasted chicken bites salad, but was told that someone, somehow, forgot to prepare any before the lunch crowd stated to show up. I was told I could wait ten minutes or order something else, so I ordered two thighs with two sides of green beans. For my money, Bojangle’s fried chicken is the absolute best of any fried chicken chain, *when it’s done right*. Occasionally the pieces can be quite small, or the employees preparing the plates for some reason choose the smaller pieces out of the pan. That wasn’t the case today. Both thighs were huge, and perfectly cooked. It’s not health food, but the flavor is unbeatable.
