No complaints about this location. The cashier was very nice and the food came out super quick. I think there are better chicken chains out their but the seasoning they use is a nice touch. The chicken sandwich could really use a sauce to make it something I would come back for.

Last weekend we stopped at this same restaurant & our order was wrong-they gave us a family sized order of fries that we didn’t order. Today we ordered in the drive thru and & AGAIN order was wrong. We had 2 Cajun egg & cheese biscuit combos, large size-one with fries & one with rounds, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit & 4 Bo berry biscuits. We are missing our no rounds & they gave us an extra biscuit. We live 25 miles from any given Bojangles so when we come down here we’re here for other reasons & these 2 Saturdays we had our dogs with us after very stressful vet visits so by the time we noticed both orders were wrong we were already on the way home. Getting 2 wrong orders back to back is unacceptable. Each time our orders were over $30 bucks. That’s more than I make an hour!!! Even though Bo is my most favorite fast food restaurant and I seek it out everywhere I go, I will stop giving you my hard earned money & just pretend that you no longer exist.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a kids meal tonight and after eating nearly the entire sandwich I discovered a piece of hair in my sandwich when I called to express my dilemma she hung up on me. Then told me I would have to come back (they closed in 5 minutes and I live 10 minutes away) to be issued a refund. I paid via card so I’m confused as to why I had to come back when they could have just sent the money back to the card or contact higher authorities to do so.
