Do not go here. Unintelligible and rude drive through employees, finally thought we’d placed an order, got to the window and we were actively ignored. Left without getting our food.

Stopped here back in early June and had a great experience, friendly employee and quick service. Yesterday was an appallingly different experience. Pulled up with kids at around 8:20am, wanted to eat inside as I’m driving a rental car and I didn’t want to make a mess. Doors are locked, so we go back to the car and go to the drive through line. Only two cars in front (who lapped me while trying to get INTO the locked restaurant)but still took about 5+ minutes to get my turn to order. Pull up, greeted, start ordering then asked to ‘wait a minute.’ Minute turned into 3, then 4, so I said hello, and they asked me to keep waiting. Finally return to take order, and I’m told the location is out of Pepsi, and the Supremes I’ve ordered will take 7 minutes. I get this isn’t a usual breakfast item but since I’d already been left waiting a long time I was rather peeved. Next item I order is a Cajun Filet biscuit. This is a signature breakfast staple – however – they don’t have any. I question this in disbelief and am told the manager didn’t order enough or something. So no pepsi, no cajun filet, and a 7 minute wait for food. Finally get food, but the unsweet tea I ordered tasted sweet, like a watered-down blend of sweet and unsweet. Since we’d already pulled away from the window I had no idea what to do to replace the drink so I knocked on the door. Someone finally answered but it took a disturbingly long time to replace. And you know what? The drink was the same. I wound up throwing it out because it tasted awful and frankly i didn’t know what else this crew might have put in the cup. Chicken was alright but the biscuits were horrible. They were super dry and without a drink now I couldn’t really eat it. My son who loves biscuits also threw most of his away.

I saw a roach crawling by the drive thru are, and it look like it came from the are where the make our sandwich , the kid stepped on it and pretended like he or me didn’t see it, I walked away. Cause I’m not eating/spending my money where they have roaches

I would give -1 stars if I could. Food taste 2 days old. Customer service is always awful and the final straw for me was them accidentally giving me the employees personal drink from the drive thru instead of mine which I’m pretty sure I got Covid from. Either get new people and management or let another chain takeover this location.

I ordered ahead to pick up and then ended up waiting at the restaurant for 20 minutes after the pick up time. The chicken was fine, the fries tasted old. This was my first time going there and I don’t think I’ll go again.

Stopped and got two bo berry biscuits. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for biscuits that were hard, with icing that was obviously very old and crusty and had been applied hours ago.

Food was warm, customer service was better than average. However, the line in drive thru was long and the time from ordering to getting my order was close to 10 minutes. Perhaps they had people out so a second visit is warranted, but if it gets better will edit my review.

Went in to use the restroom and get a fountain drink. The men’s room had no hand soap, and it was evident that this dispenser hadn’t seen. Any in a while. Bone dry. As I walk out of the bathroom toward the counter, I notice the paper taped on the door to the front line talking about professionalism. Awesome! Even though there’s no soap, I’m sure my experience will be top notch. Ya, as I approach the counter, the young woman looks at me as if she is annoyed by my presence and informs me that “the computer loading” and walks away. No hi there, no welcome to Bojangles. Nothing. No indication about how long it’ll be or anything. Professionalism? Perhaps you need a bigger notice on the door.

Every time i attend this location, Im left fuming and irritated. But it seems to be a trend no matter the location. This time, I approached the drive through with no cars in line, absolutely none, and it took 10 minutes for anybody to even answer the speaker with me shouting “hello” into it for 5 minutes. Then they informed me to be out of fries. I was already at my boiling point that I cancelled my order and drove off. How is this place even staying in business and paying the bills of such a large building and property if nobody can even take my lowly $15 order? The franchisee need to reevaluate their management, i imagine this place is hemorrhaging money.
