Service helpful and friendly ONCE we actually were acknowledged. Pulled up to drive thru and waited at least 5 minutes or more for someone to even respond that they were even open. Would have left just like 5 other cars behind us did except its the only place to get drive up edible food in the area. (Had an ill individual in the car that really needed to eat.)

I love Bojangles but this restaurant really needs to get it together. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip combo. What I got wasn’t enough for a kid. The strips were so small. It was ridiculous. I went back in to get it replaced and the young lady acted like it was a bother. Then turned around and complained to a coworker about me complaining about the size of the chicken strips.

Online says they are open till 10 but when I went at just after 8:30 the drive through windows were barred up and door was locked. While I understand someplaces are short staffed, adjust the online hours accordingly so people know. It’s very frustrating to go expecting a place to be open and find it deserted.

So I came at 10:12 pm, and go thru drive thru there’s employees outside in their cars and one on the sidewalk. We sat there for about 5 minutes before the guy on the sidewalk yell were close. If your store doesn’t close until 11 pm why is nobody being serviced up until then.

Terrible service. There is a sign on the outside of the building that says combos are $3.99 When we get inside the employees are arguing and there is nothing on the menu that says $3.99 for a combo. It says the Cajun filet biscuit combo is $6.99. I got 3 one for my dad,mom and me. After looking at the receipt they overcharged me for the combos by about$2. I went back to ask why and they were confused about why I said the combos were $6.99 each. They wanted to know where I saw that even though there was a big sign at the top of the menu that said $6.99 She got the manager and he couldn’t see the sign either. I kept saying at the top of the menu. Then I asked if I was blind or him and he then saw it and said that was the wrong price and they should have taken that price down. On top of that they said they were out of hashbrowns and only gave us one. She said she would call us when they were ready but did not. We had to go back up and get the other two hashbrowns that were already cooked but we never got. Then two of the orders were with diet Pepsi and they tried to give us all coffees because the person taking the order rang it up wrong. They took the sign inside down and the woman behind me who had been there 10 minutes had to argue that she should get the advertised price and they just gave her order to her free. They gave me $5 back on my overcharged order. They need to take down the advertisement on the outside of the building too if none of the combos are actually $3.99 This was blatant false advertisement and seems as if they were doing this intentionally to get more money once you came in.

This restaurant often doesn’t have chicken cooked and ready at dinner time. Twice they were out of wings, and once they had no fried chicken at all, only chicken sandwiches.

It’s pretty sad that the only reason this location is busy, is the location. Nothing else is around. But when it’s 7am and people are on the way to work and stop for food, myself included, almost every time without fail the manager and another employee are outside doing nothing but smoking and talking. Every single time.
