We always stop by here when we visit Boise. They have a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is friendly. We love the fact that every time we visit, they have different types of potatoes up on the menu to choose from. That is what makes them unique. They even had potatoes from Peru. Love it! They also have various dipping sauces that you can pair up with your fries.

I give it three stars because the staff was friendly and the weather was beautiful for outside dining. The Bison burger was over cooked dry and not flavorful the fries were okay. I will try again and get a regular burger. This was my first time trying Boise Fry co so want to give them another chance.

I really wanted to like this burger, but I just didn’t. It’s definitely disappointing to get a burger, and see nothing but the lettuce. It tasted a little better than that, but not much. It’s pretty disappointing when they advertise the spicy burger, and really only one bite of it was spicy. Almost like they just poured a little spice on it after it was cooked.

I LOVE this restaurant! Every time we go to Boise we have to get Boise fry. I used to work for the farmer who supplied all the organic potatoes to all the BF companies in the Boise area. Our favorite is the bourgeois fries with truffle salt… YUM! We get half a dozen different fry sauces, the Bison burger which is great but my husband LOVES the classic burger with sweet pickles. We would open a Boise Fry Co. in Twin Falls if we could!

6/12/23 3 pm 1st time in Idaho, in Boise and 1st meal at the Boise Fry Company. The three gentlemen were very helpful and took time to help us order. Food was excellent with fresh ingredients and all well prepared. I ordered double bison without buns. Fantastic meal. My apologies for not remembering their names but the person who spoke with us and was a great representative of the organization is from Sicily. Very professional and friendly. Wish all the 3 kids (late teens /early 20’s) working there a great future.

Delicious food that you can feel good about eating. I’ve been roaming Boise looking for a tasty burger, and was very happy with the Bison burger here. Staff was very friendly and full of positive energy. My only gripe is that the Bourgeois fries were overly salted and seasoned to the point I could not finish the, which was upsetting because it was delicious! I will definitely be going here again!

I used to eat here often. After 2 other recent, not so good food experiences here, I was hoping 3rd time would be the charm. Unfortunately it was not to be. The overdone beef burger was on the bun in several pieces so it fell apart right away and my sweet potato fries were burned. I wish it was the same good place like the pictures show and how it Used to be, but sadly no. Will not be returning.
