This is my 2nd visit to a Boise Fry Company location, and my first visit to this one in Eagle. I’m not super impressed by the food. The burger was pretty good and was cooked medium, so it’s nice that they didn’t dry it out by overcooking, but the seasoning was pretty minimal so there wasn’t much flavor to the beef. The fries were super greasy and there was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the bowl. This probably accounts for the stomach ache I had after we left. My kids liked their food, but it’s really all about the different sauces. Service was friendly even though it was slow (about 20 minutes waiting for our food) for counter serve fast food.

The fries are good! I got the bison burger and it was pretty mediocre so don’t have high expectations. I came in with a party of 6 about 45 mins before closing and the staff didn’t seem very happy about that and had already put away some stuff so we couldn’t get a few sauces or items. It was my first time here and there will not be a 2nd :/ I can’t really say anything bad, but I also can’t say anything great. It’ll do if you just want something in your stomach but if you’re looking for a tasty juicy burger this is not the place.

First time eating here… Probably will be the last, unfortunately. My burger was okay, if kind of dry and too well done, but I didn’t care for the “special sauce” that it comes with. The fries were greasy, over-cooked and cold. They looked like they had been sitting around for a while. The fry sauce tasted like 90% ketchup.

I want to give a 5 star but we are not happy about the fries. It’s kinda saggy but we like the burgers. It’s so delicious definitely we will come back. Good customer service. It takes a lot of waiting time to get your food. I don’t know if it’s because of covid-19 and they are going slow. I will recommend it to my friends and family. Good and juicy burgers makes me drool thinking about it.
