The meats were moist but definitely not “bodacious”. Honestly everything was pretty much flavorless. I’ve been dying for some good BBQ lately and decided to stop here on our way through. Service was good but the BBQ itself is definitely not worth the almost $30 we spent. I think there’s a reason behind the no refunds sign but not sure. It’s okay but nowhere near the best. Best of luck to the owners

The ribs here were about as dry as the two girls attitudes working the counter. They looked at us like we had just escaped a loony farm when we walked in. For 17 dollars a pound, you would think they could say least greet you when you walk in the door. The ribs are dang near inedible because they are so dry. Worst 60 bucks on 3 people I even spent.

When I’m in the area I always stop and get the ribs and as long as they’ve been at this location the tasted of their ribs has never changed and to me there ribs are good, even after the remold the taste of the ribs have not changed, the ribs taste just as good without using the barbeque sauce, but if you like the barber sauce on your ribs no problem still good, but don’t take my word for it try them out for yourself and you be the judge, if ribs are not your taste they have more than just ribs on the menu to choose from.

I was at your store on 8-15 2023 at 7:55 p.m. Open sign was still lit but the door was locked when I tried it I looked at my clock and your manager thought it was funny to mock me looking at my watch. Way to treat your clientele! Won’t be back, but that won’t mater to you and that’s ok the last time I was in your business I bought six chopped beef sand. For fifty dollars not again!

We were on vacation visiting in TX from WI and I wanted us to have some good BBQ before we left the state. We drove 25 miles out of the way to get to Bodacious. We are so happy we did!!! Let’s just say there was no time for photos before we ate, and there was nothing left when we were finished. The employees were very polite and kept up with all of our questions then brought our food out to us, it was fantastic! If your in the area I recommend stopping by and if you’re not then you should still go! The sauce was so tasty that we bought a bottle.

Good brisket, either all the people that work here are either on downers or seriously depressed or just depressed to see me when i walk in. I seriously love their sliced brisket sandwich but the atmosphere is a little depressing.

Bodacious used to be a decent bbq place 20 yrs ago… no longer the case. They skimp on meat, while charging you $12 for a sandwich. Don’t even get me started on the ribs… they’re all fat and bone. If you think this is a good bbq joint, you simply have never had good bbq. They use oak to smoke their meat which is not necessarily a bad thing but you’d think they give you more meat seeing as how oak is the cheapest wood to smoke with. Oak os also the less flavorful of all smoking woods. They’re potato salad is ok, beans are edible (barely), ribs are inedible and they’re brisket is edible. Avoid this over priced bottom tier bbq joint.

3 meat plate! Negative stars deserved for this. What a disgrace for $17.87. Maybe it’s time you guys just closed down. Local people deserve better!
