They are always rude or stoned out of their gourd. The old lady there put my tacos under the fries and crushed them. She said management told her to bag it that way. They must need new management. It looked like party time by the dumpster, too. This place is very inconsistent, and the quality is hit or miss. I like that old lady, she’s very nice but not too sharp.

Ordered my food through the drive-through. Very pleasant man took my order was very courteous. While waiting at the window a woman came took a bag of food plopped it down on the counter. The mountain drown and said is that for drive-through. Are we waiting on anything else for this order? She lifted the man and walked away. I asked him who she was because she was very rude and he said that she was Wendy the assistant manager. I don’t know how she got that position or why you would want to give her that position. But she seriously needs an attitude adjustment the food. I appreciate the worker but not your assistant manager. You would probably get better workers if you would get better managers.

Don’t know bout other locations but stay away from this one. Ordering food was very tiring. The lady didn’t speak or even acknowledge I had said anything besides moving her hand to push buttons. Ok, so food ordered, go to keep ketchup and napkins, ketchup dispenser was laying there in pieces. Food comes and to be honest it was descent. The lady that took our order, just stood behind the register staring at us, pretty creepy. Might have been better if everything else was so horrible. About the time we finish up, a man comes out and puts the ketchup dispenser back together, then asks the lady behind the counter what the hell, and walks off. Very strange place.

Went to pick up food about 1hr before closing time. Taco burgers were sloppy, and fries were so hard and old. I’m pretty sure they are reheating old fries. Sad because Bob’s is usually delicious. Past 2 times have been this way. This was paradise location take more pride people

Awful customer service, the staff there is rude and not attentive. This location needs to have a new manager and new staff!! I would recommend going to any other food establishment all together.

Very rude manager. There has been two different occasions where I’ve had the wrong order, not enough items. One was through the drive thru I had asked for 8-10 taco burgers I can’t remember the amount. I was short a couple and the manager argued with me while in the line that she “ counted the tacos” and “knows it’s the right amount because she made them” we argued and she finally gave me the missing tacos. I’m not worried about how much I pay I just need the right amount I paid for.
