This is in my top 3 burgers of the greater Jackson area. Real beef, huge patties, and the buns are soft and a little sweet. I had the chili cheeseburger. The chili has a great flavor and was thick enough that it didn’t drip everywhere. I got a small loaded cheese fry for my side. Excellent. The kids got pizza and loved it. Prices are great too. A lot of food for your money. You can take the whole family and it won’t break the bank.

Best service and food in the Crockett/Gibson County area! We will go back at least once a week. It’s nice living so close. I suggest the Lucas burger and chili, cheese tots!! I had to have mine cut in half. Lol. Don’t miss out. Go see em.

The burger I had was overcooked, dry and badly seasoned. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Perhaps their other food is better, or this was a one off experience, but I can’t give more than 2 stars with the quality of food I received.

I visit Bob’s Burgers when I’m home and I love coming here. It’s a no-frills restaurant with a super casual atmosphere; family owned and operated so I like supporting places like this. I almost always order a burger, specifically because I love their buns, but they have good pizza too.

I used to love Bob’s the burgers I could have eaten every meal. Now the bread is still great. But the meat is inedible to me now. I rather goto burger King. The meat does not even seemed grilled. I truly hate this. But I shall not go back. And the fried pickles used to be AMAZING. Changed that also to little slim cucumber skin strips. It’s more fried skin then pickle. Sorry Bob’s but yaw have went down hill.

This has been one of me & my husband’s go-to restaurants for several years on those nights when cooking dinner is not an option! The food is always good, hot & fresh. And the staff is impeccable! Everyone is ALWAYS so refreshing, nice and pleasant! They are the epitome of “Southern Charm.” These days—9 times out of 10–even mediocre customer service is practically non-existent…BUT, @ Bob’s—I have NEVER encountered anything of the sort! My family and I will most definitely continue to dine here! Kudos ya’ll!

Update: We went to eat, they were open(sorta). The lady, I believe she is one of the owners is very rude, she made me feel like I was a bother. If you are going to have a restaurant it might be good to actually have patrons, anytime I went to this establishment the food is great , the owners/staff could use lessons on how to treat a customer. If they continue with their current business practices they will not be in business much longer, unless they are using this business as a tax write off and have a bunch of disposable cash. I wish they were more congenial, because the food is good, but the staff/owners are going to make your dining experience poor. If you don’t care being treated poorly, go for it. I will not go back, I prefer a place who treats people good.
