It was not fancy at all. But the food was great! The ribs were fantastic and so juicy! They offered several sauces but the one already on them were so good, I didn’t have to add anything. You bet I will go back again

Small and out of the way, the food is very good. The brisket is melt in your mouth and they try to keep the fat to a minimum. The collard greens are not bitter at all, one of my husband’s favorite. Mac n cheese is smoked and is also yummy.

Our first time to this local BBQ place and am glad we arrived when we did because the line was all the way to the door before long! I ordered the pulled pork which was good but I admit I’m used to more “kick” after being spoiled on Nashville BBQ. My son was pleased with his meal & it looked delish. The side items were all wonderful – it was hard to choose. Looking forward to coming back and trying other dishes. (PS. the hostess said they’ve ordered ice tea but it hasn’t arrived yet). No photos which means we dived right in!

Tried the brisket dinner with the sides of baked beans and coleslaw. The brisket had a good flavor and was a good size portion. The beans had a little zing and were flavorful. Coleslaw was the creamy style and also was a good taste. Very good dining experience here.

We went for the first time on late sat eve. You can smell the food outside it smells delicious. We had cut pork sandwiches. Chicken sandwich.and ribs. It was all delicious. we ate almost every before we got a pic. Btw smoked mac and cheese was excellent. the staff was helpful and very nice

Not the best experience overall. They were out of multiple items and although I understand that items are made fresh daily, this doesn’t seem to be a good experience for customers. We decided to go with options that were outside of what we wanted and were disappointed. There were also two other sets of customers that walked out based on the limited selection. The meat both brisket and pulled pork were bland and not seasoned, the Mac and cheese was overcooked, the bread pudding tasted like eggs, and the only thing we enjoyed was the corn bread. We might try this place again early in the day so that we get to experience other options but not quite sure.
