My family and I tried this place today! The food was great and so was the service. Kai took our order and was very pleasant. He made sure we were taken care of. Nicki is the manager and she was so kind. It was a very welcoming environment. I ate the hacienda salad with grilled chicken, it had the perfect flavors with a generous portion. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We will definitely be back!

I try to come here with my daughter a few times a month for their tater tots. We absolutely love them. Unfortunately, although the burgers are good, they leave you with a sense of “something is missing” vibe to them. The portions are generous, the pricing was adequate, but the flavor sometimes isn’t always there. I can’t argue that the burgers aren’t good, but I can say I had better elsewhere. Inconsistency seems to be a factor here as well. Needless to say, the restaurant is an overall good experience and it’s worth a try. Even if you don’t come for the burgers often (like I do), I definitely will keep coming for the tots.

great lunch spot. had the El Fuego and really liked it. odd that such a nice full sized patty could not be prepared to order. we were told “all burgers are medium”. it was all one dark color. came within minutes of ordering. maybe a pre-cook and finished on flatop? not greasy and not dripping…just really good. onion ring served as a reservoir for peppers and spicy goodness…brilliant! (see pictures) we will be back for salads, as they passed our table they looked spectacular. Tots were garlic aoli and light seasonings. very good, crisp and yummy, ended up as breakfast next day.

ordered several things off the menu. I’ll start with the fries, the fries were cooked perfectly did not have too much flavor but the jetchup took care of that I prefer my fries a little bit more pre-seasoned. The grilled cheese was cooked perfect. The proportion size of the ingredients was great, but it was lacking a little bit of flavor. I ordered the plain cheeseburger, came out hot the role was also very warm. The burger had decent maillard reaction but it was just overcooked so much it had absolutely no flavor and was dry. The bun Size to burger proportion is a little bit off, the burger sits in this oversized bun and it does not look appealing when going to eat. I will add service was excellent and very friendly.

Maybe it was because I was in the mood for a big, gooey burger that my CA Jedi (with an impossible patty) hit so perfectly? Partnered with a MOUND of crispy tater tots and I was in burger heaven!! This was absolutely the best veggie burger I’ve had in Ventura County

So good!! Highly recommend the blvd st style tater tots and lime curry wings! I also had the El Fuego burger and the Mayan chicken sandwich. They were great but I honestly was completely happy with just the wings and the tater tots. Next time I’m trying the truffle fries.
