Nice food court area with many different options. There’s about 10 different restaurants there serving everything from burgers, tacos, sandwiches, chicken, salads, empanadas, soups, fresh farm options, ice cream, etc…

I already ate at Lazo’s empenadas, and that was lacking, so I was hoping this place would make it all better. I ate at the Hook + harvest and ordered the Greek Salmon bowl. I saw it was a “honey smoked salmon” and though that was interesting and figured, let’s do it, $16 for a salmon bowl was a decent price, what could go wrong? Well, while I was eating this thing I realized why I never see smoked salmon outside of camping; the reason it’s smoked and not a grilled/baked salmon? That would require a more expensive protien from their supplier. It DIDN’T WORK. This confirmed that this place isn’t for people that know food, it’s for people that don’t know any better and can’t go to an Olive garden becuase they don’t have one up here in these communities. I’ve been to one of these community market concepts in CA and it worked. This one here in CO needs an overhaul to cater to a more well rounded palet. Also, I gave my number to the worker so I could be paged and that didn’t happen, it was sitting there for 10 mins in the window until I realized it was way past the 5-7 minute quote time (waiting for a text like a dummy)

The food at Hook and Harvest sucked. The pad Thai bowl is made with rice and uncooked unseasoned tofu. The shrimp tasted, I don’t know how to describe it, the wrong texture.? The bowls have few vegetables and I could meal prep better than this.

Great food hall type of place. It’s got a lot of seating and choices for food. There is a bar in the middle. There is a small arcade upstairs. They have ads up for live music. Each of the food vendors have their own hours. There is also a small deli/bakery off to the side entrance. Definitely plan to eat at all the food spots in here.

Great variety of different types of food, I chose the Mexican food today. The steak burrito with grilled onions and green peppers, fajita style. It was amazing.

Good options, liked the boiled bagels in the market and the massive big chicken tenders in one of the food cart/option places. The pizza place they burnt the crust so that needs to be remedied. I liked the seating options and coffee options though wish some things were open later. Probably challenging to staff all this so I wish them luck. Parking may be challenging too as I only saw like a handful of spaces, guess park in the outlet parking? I loved the little herb garden outside said to pick a few herbs. I am not a fan of anywhere where I cannot pay cash – that’s legal tender y’all and all many people carry these days and I would really not go that route very un-American.

We hosted a Welcome Dinner for the guests at our son’s destination wedding at Bluebird Market the evening before the ceremony. I worked with Steve via email and phone calls in the months prior to the event and he was responsive to my questions, informative and ready to help set up the logistics with all the vendors. The day of the event, all the vendors were friendly and ready to serve us with efficiency and a smile. The various food options were delicious and everyone was able to choose what suited their tastes and dietary needs…and then finish it off with ice cream from Summit Scoops! It was a perfect, relaxed venue for the bride and groom and us parents to move from table to table and chat with our guests. My son texted us a couple days later and said they were back at Bluebird for one of their honeymoon meals, so evidently…they loved it too! I would definitely recommend it for group gatherings, a fun date or family dinner.

We grabbed fantastic pizza and crepes in a fun food hall. Convenient to be able to grab a drink and everyone else in your group can get their food of choice. Will definitely be back!
