Had dinner and the food was great. The Pina Colada needs some work. It was Karaoke night, so the entertainment was awesome. Went back in the Morning for their buffet breakfast. Wasn’t happy with the selections. Fake eggs, home fries was cold. The Turkey sausage and Turkey bacon were delicious. Service sucked because there were only one person working.

I don’t think I’ve ever rated anything so low, but here it is. The architecture and decorum was nice; the food was good (but not excellent); and the service was horrible. The resort in which this is located was outstanding (separate review) but it’s too bad that its only restaurant turned us off. Once inside the doors of the restaurant we were met with a sign that read, “Please, wait to be seated. So, we waited, and waited, and waited. Several servers not only passed us but came almost directly next to us to get something under the wait counter without so much as a greeting, “hello”, or “someone will be right with you” (which as we found out would have been a lie). Several small groups walked in after and left after waiting over five minutes. We would’ve left as well if we didn’t have a meal voucher from the resort or they had another in-house restaurant. After at least 20 minutes, another older, kind lady (not in a restaurant uniform but perhaps a resort employee) seemed to spot us and notice our dismay from the bar area, came over apologized and walked us to a table. Little did we know that was only the beginning of our “waiting game”. Without going on forever, we waited and waited for every “phase” of our dinner. From the food to the check. When we finally waited for our check (and knowing we were only paying by voucher) as the minutes crept by, my wife quietly but verbally lowered the amount we would leave for a tip until she got to “don’t you dare leave any money”. Neither of us have ever left a restaurant without leaving a tip (usually a good one) until this one. The waitress wasn’t mean or anything, but everything included waiting forever. The restaurant needs to get reorganized, higher more staff, or just get it together.

The food is prepared with either low quality ingredients, microwaveable, or just plain cheap. They are way overpriced and I did not enjoy any of the food I bought. The chicken was the worst Buffalo wings I remember having. The Breakfast buffet was okay because it had options but it was overpriced, and the omelette was very basic. Other 5 star reviews look fake. Best thing is the view

I got take out, the burger was good but the fries were cold and the patty was over cooked. With that said it was still good. The lettuce onion and tomato was all very fresh and crisp so that’s a big plus having worked in the restaurant industry, it’s such a simple thing but it makes a difference. If I wanted soft lettuce and a teaspoon of minced onions I could go to McDonald’s and get a burger on a potato roll for $3. I’ll be ordering it again. The cheese triangles were delicious too, wish I saw the marinara at the bottom of the bag before I demolished them the marinara tasted good but I can’t eat just a cup of marinara with nothing…

I had the chicken marsala with mashed bodies and zucchini… Fantastic! The ginger sauce on the hot wings was an excellent appetizer and the truffle parmesan french fries that my wife had with her hamburger were also fantastic. The burger itself was the only thing that wasn’t great but it was good and about average. Waitress was friendly and when we entered we were greeted with a smile.

Atmosphere and service was okay. However HALF the menu is never available (same issue last year). Additionally, the prices are outrageous for what you do get. Ordered a meatball sub for $16, got a half of a sub (3 meatballs)! Hubby got a cheesesteak for $18 and it was limpy and half filled with meat. Sodas didn’t even have free refills, was told they were using canned soda so would be charged for an additional soda!!!!

Had Saturday night dinner which included wings (2 different flavors), French fries and 2 drinks. The wings were extremely overly breaded which resulted in most of them being thrown away. The fries were dry and tasteless. On the contrary, the servers were attentive and the vibe was inviting. I would visit again for the atmosphere not the food.

We had a good experience! Ordered wings, burgers, fries. Wait time was not excessive. Service was decent. Would go back again. Lovely view.
