I stayed at the Hilton for business during the week and having a restaurant on the hotel property is ideal. Unfortunately this restaurant was not the greatest at service or food. Firstly the service was incredibly slow. I got to the restaurant shortly before six in the evening and didn’t get to eat until five till seven. It took a long time to be seated and even longer to have my order taken. They were not busy at that time with only three other tables. The food really looked good, but unfortunately didn’t taste good. I had the “famous” pork loin. It was over cooked, dry, and tough. That’s a real shame since it was same price as a steak. The vegetables sides dishes were really good. So, that’s a plus. No refills on my drinks. That’s a real bummer, I need something to help the pork loin. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, I’d say real posh, beautifully decorated and quiet. It’s just let down by service and the Costco frozen pork loin.

We have had breakfast here and dinner. Breakfast is great and dinner was even better! Food is a bit pricey but what do you expect. Definitely try out the omelet for breakfast.

Food was ok.. was a bit pricey and didn’t justify the price. I’ve had great chicken at the same price but it’s a hotel and I should just have had the burger. The soup was pretty good. The service was pretty good. Bar tender talked to everyone. Environment was ok.

Food was great, they didn’t have enough staff on in the evening, took two attempts to bring me the dish I ordered. Menu has fairly decent choice, breakfast has always been great.

Breakfast here was a pleasant experience. Our waitperson was attentive, I was able to get a non-dairy option for my coffee and was able to sub the egg and cheese on the avocado toast for hashbrowns with no upcharge.

Weren’t sure what to order from their current limited menu, but we sure picked right! Ordered the steak tips with horseradish sour cream with fries and it is delicious. Perfectly medium rare. Fries are hot. Recommend! So nice not too have to drive.

Welll the service is good the quality of food on the other hand isn’t great. It’s overpriced no better than just running up to a Applebee’s..

I visited Minneapolis for a conference and this was the only place to eat in the hotel. They have vegetarian options but not vegan ones. The first night I ordered the caprese and an old fashioned. The caprese was disappointing to say the least. It’s a $14 dish and all I got was maybe half of a sliced tomato, half of a sliced mozzarella ball, 6 whole basil leaves and a balsamic drizzle. It was poorly put together too. The old fashioned was very non-traditional. It tasted fine but was very small and they charged $16 for it. Needless to say I spent $40 and left the table hungry and very unsatisfied. The people I dined with had a steak and a pork chop and their meals were much better than mine. We also had the brownie sundae which was very small for the $8 they charged but quite good. The second time, I went for lunch and ordered the grain bowl. That was a much better experience. Larger portion, very filling, and quite tasty. I will say the wait staff is friendly and works very hard but the food is expensive for what you get.
