St Copper
Got a kids cheese pizza and a deep dish Herbivore for a night after boarding. The crust on these pizzas are incredible and I was surprised at the deep dish after letting it sit for 40 minutes to cool. It has been awhile since I had a Chicago deep dish and this place knows how to make it. If you are in Steamboat and looking for some good pizza, then this is your place. Don’t order the salads, as it was light on lettuce and sis-in-law was not happy. Just go for the pizzas!

I want to thank Blue Sage for going above and beyond for My Firefighter. I’m from California and my husband went to Steamboat for a job and was an hour out, no one would deliver food but I called the amazing people at Blue Sage and they didn’t hesitate to help us out. Thank you so much Aspin for delivering the most bomb pizza to my firefighter. I am extremely grateful… He loved it!!!! Keep being amazing Blue Sage!!!

Best east coast pizza I’ve had in a long time, and I grew up on the boardwalk in jersey! If you like your Pepperoni with that light layer of grease that drips down your arm when you eat, and wash it down with an RC cola, definitely go here!!! Cannoli and Chicago deep dish look killer too.

We grabbed a pizza, salad, cannoli and brownie on our way into town. The pizza was delicious and loaded with toppings. We thought the entree salad was a bit skimpy for the price. The brownie seemed a bit stale, but the taste was good. The cannoli was a hit. We would go again, just probably would stick with just the pizza next round.

Deep dish Chicago style pizza – was pretty good. We would have liked a crisper bottom, but it wasn’t far off. Italian sausage, pepperoni and meatballs, yummy cheese and top crust was good.

We ordered Blue Sage Pizza 2 nights for pick up. The thin crust was perfect for our hunger level and sooooo tasty. The herbs they use sets it apart from your ordinary pizza place. The Hand Tossed was even better the next night…love the vegetarian nightmare with mushrooms added!!! Gotta try this place!!!

Awesome Pizza Place!! It is pretty close to the ski mountain as well if you’re looking for a solid lunch spot while skiing, boarding, or mountain biking. The staff was super friendly! They had some sick artwork on the walls as well, which added to the overall environment of the place. They had a great selection of types of pizza you could order. It was a typical “New York” style pizza that you could order by the slice, and the slices were HUGE! Great place, will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Blue Sage Pizza. Atmosphere is fun and laid back, pizza is good, and the margaritas are some of the best in town. Our bartender, Michael was exceptional and very friendly as was the whole wait staff. Will be back for sure!
