Some of the freshest sea urchins I’ve had. Blue Ribbon Sushi never disappoints with their unparalleled freshness, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for an effortless, high-quality meal.

It’s quite sad that the happy hour price of a roll increased from $5 to $7 in less than 9 months (the last menu photo I checked on Google review).

I have been a customer of the various Blue Ribbons since 2009 but decided I will never go back to this location: the sushi bar fish was stale the last few times. Dry, no luster. The salmon eggs (Ikura) today were bad. Owner take notice: there is a reason your sushi bar is always empty, and every other place around you is always packed. In fact the only business you are getting are the more reasonably priced Poke bowls to go. You have also cordoned off 3 large white tables and they are always empty, in addition to most of the very long sushi bar. Vicious circle: very few customers ordering the nigiri and hence the fish is never fresh. Complete mismatch of price to quality is why this location is mostly empty

A great place to get fresh sushi, have some sake and a beer. The rolls are made well with great flavors. The service is fast and efficient. You can either sit at the sushi bar or sit a table overlooking the Hudson river with views of the Statue of Liberty. I highly recommend this place when at the Brookfield Mall. Take advantage of their happy our specials – you will not be disappointed.

Awesome sushi place. Amazing fresh food accompanied with a great view and service. Best sushi place in Downtown NY. The poke bowls are amazing and the rolls as well. Highly recommended. I need to keep going every week until I try entire menu

The best thing about attending this Blue Ribbon sushi bar was a fact that the sushi was fresh and the ginger was very very tasty

Stopped in for a quick bite. Do not go for the ready made sushi it’s was thoroughly underwhelming and not worth the price. Would honestly skip for a quick meal.

Expensive but great quality of fish, menu prices were 6$ per slice of sashimi so that adds up quickly! Service was friendly and it was a nice quick meal.
