Really good food. We ordered 2 sushi rolls for an appetizer. My bf did not know that his sushi roll came with raw tuna but he tried it and ended up liking it. For an entree we ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi plate and everything was delicious. 1 year old son really enjoyed his food too. He shared with us.

I ran into this place by accident and now it’s become my comfort food spot! Always fresh from the salad to the main entrees. My 6 year old loves the sushi and my son the chicken nuggets. Hibachi express is my go to – I’ve tried all the combinations and always seasoned well. I never finish a meal and it’s even better the next day. I think I’m there once every 2 weeks!

Found Blue Ginger via Google. Ordered the Salmon & Dragon rolls along w/Hibachi chicken & shrimp. The chefs didn’t prepare the food table side however, we still enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere. The staff even gave roses to Mother’s in honor of Mother’s Day which I thought was a very sweet gesture.

5 out of 5! The menu has lots of options! Great food and great service! Our server Jacob was fantastic and attentive! Went on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy in there but with a party of 10 our wait wasn’t long at all! Definitely expected to have a longer wait. The prices were decent, I had a New York Strip as my main meal, it was delicious. Had some Crunchyroll, onion soup and a salad! My Husband had spicy Cajun roll, some tasty dumplings called gyoza (definitely recommend) and his main course was blue ginger roll and he thoroughly enjoyed it! My best friend had lobster tail and filet mignon, it was also delicious!! We will definitely be going back to try even more food choices! We loved our food and had a great time!

My spouse, and I came in with our 3 month old and were unaware of the closing time. We came in at 9:13pm, we were told by the host that the kitchen closes in 2 minutes and we needed to order to-go. The owner noticed that we had our baby and immediately sat us and took our order! We come here very often and definitely won’t stop anytime soon! The employees are all very kind and always attentive.

Ordered the Awesome Roll and Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box. Awesome it was!! Amazing!! Flint was a fantastic server. Food was delicious. It was our fourth time here and we will be back. I’m glad we found a reasonable priced place to get our Japanese food!! $10.95 for a lunch steak bento box. $9.75 for the delicious Mucho Luco or Awesome roll, highly recommended!!
