Great lunch experience in this place. The service was very good and the food delicious. We were hoping to sit at the sushi bar but they open it at 5:00pm. The place is clean and the location is good. We will come back!

I can’t really speak for the service because I got this for pickup but the atmosphere/ambiance in the restaurant is nice and it was very busy for a Sunday night which is always a good sign. The food was solid, I wouldn’t say it was 10/10 best sushi ever but it was solid. The hamachi wasn’t the best & didn’t taste so fresh and was a bit chewy but all the other food did. They also accommodate for gluten free.

Blue Ginger is a unique experience as it showboats all there amazing dishes. Make sure to arrive early as the bar does fill up. My favorite was the Tuna Tataki. Definitely, a must visit in Pembroke Pines.

Love love love blue ginger. Been a regular for quite awhile and it’s a unique experience in an area that’s lacking fun, delicious spots like this one. The sushi is quality and never fishy, and the plates they make are creative and fun. Don’t skip out on the hot foods, the orange chicken is surprisingly one of the best I’ve ever had. All the hot foods come out make to order. It’s a place I go to everytime I’m in the area.

It was crowded when we went on a Friday at 8pm. We had to wait 20 minutes for a spot. But it was worth it, they put big portions of fish in the sushi. Will definitely come back for more.

This is one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in SoFlo!!! Highly recommend going after 5 pm and sitting at the sushi boat bar. I LOVE this place because the small plates allow you to sample as many items as you would like. Everything is deliciously fresh and they’ve added some yummy new options to the already amazing selection. I can’t remember the name of the roll, but if they have one topped with avocado and jalapeño, that’s my fave!! The scallops and shrimp stuffed with asparagus were excellent, too!

I’ve always loved this place, I’ve been coming here since high school. I’ve fallen in love with them all over again! We ordered a party platter with no expectations of how beautiful and we’ll crafted this platter would be. The sushi was impeccable and so well made. They had decorations and fruits cut into roses. Everything was well thought out and looked beautiful!!! I’m so thankful that they made such a beautiful platter! My birthday was a great success with this platter ❤️✨
