Awesome dinner! After driving 8 hours my dad and I were looking for a hearty meal and we found it. Everything was great and they even had an awesome huckleberry butter which surprised my tastebuds. Service was attentive and kind, but the place was also empty for some reason (very surprising given food quality!). Definitely recommend!!

My boyfriend and I went on a date 2 weeks ago here. We’ve always driven by and say “we should go there” for the past few years. Well we finally went and it went way over our expectations!!! What a beautiful atmosphere and such a nice waiter! He checked in with us very often and was on the dot with filling our drinks! The food was absolutely amazing and instead of talking about our day or week all we could talk about was how amazing the service, drinks and food was. I had a to DIE for huckleberry cocktail!! I highly recommend this place! Definitely going back here again!

The food is good. But i think its a little pricy for the portion size you get. The specitally drinks are pretty spendy as in most bars/restaurants, its coll they come to your table and shake the martini there. But they only fill the martini glass about half way so that kinda sucked. I would recommend the prime rib flat bread!

Blue Canyon for dinner this evening after enjoying some beverages at the bar. We remembered how wonderful it was last year so we returned this year and are very pleased. Bartender Audrey and supervising bartender Timmy are definitely on top of their games. It was a full house, but they gave us great service with extra sprinkles on top.

We ate at the bar and the bartender was great! The drinks were delicious, food was fantastic (tried some of the things recommended by our bartender) and the atmosphere is good. We’ll be back!

Got there at 5:45 and only 3 tables occupied. 10 minutes for waitress to get our drink order and tell us they are out of ribeye, short ribs, and chili. 10 min later got our drinks and took our food order. 1 hour and 15 min later, our drinks gone and no response from the one waitress working—we left. Don’t blame the one waitress, the owner&manager should be ashamed. I’d sentence them to 2 years clearing tables and washing dishes.

I’m disappointed in the service I had this time. I usually have excellent service in the dining area this was the first time I had sat in the bar area and the service was not great. I sat alone at my table for 15 minutes before I was even noticed once the waiter came over he didn’t offer me anything he just asked if I was waiting for someone I told him yes and as he walked away I said ” sir I’d still like to order some drinks please” he took my drink order. My friend showed five minutes later and he came back we put an order in for wings and another round of drinks. My friend and I sat for an hour and 20 minutes our waiter never came back us nor did we get our wings. Other people who showed up after us were served in a timely manner. I got up and left I asked for the bill to pay for my drinks and canceled the wings. I never recieved an apology for the wait or anything. The bar was NOT busy as it’s not very big. I will not being doing service in the bar anymore.
