Easy access off Hwy 81. Nice clean family run restaurant. Offering the only breakfast and espresso in Hebron. Great salads and sandwiches. The Bison Burger was excellent. Great selection of flavored ice creams.

I love seeing restaurants in small towns adding great food, service and a little extra. For the Blue Bison this means going above and beyond with the variety of foods offered. I was truly impressed by their morning options as well as allowing a small card party for the afternoon. Wonderful for the community.

Husband and i are at a campout, decided to take the bike for a ride. Looking for a diner and instead we found blue bison, it looked busy so we went in there. Great staff, amazing food and really nice place, definitely recommend.

We stopped by Blue Bison why driving through and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and vibe is outstanding. The Blue Bison has recently opened and it is such a gem for this small town. I had a latte that was to die for and I’m trying to find excuses to drive the hour and half trip back to get another one. My husband enjoyed his ice cream. If you are going through Hebron it is well worth it to get off the main road and stop here.

We stopped in for a late breakfast. They were out of cinnamon rills but we got a delicious blueberry lemon muffin with lemon yogurt filling. We also ordered cold caramel coffees. Everything was delicious and it was a nice spot to stop and eat. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to try it out for lunch.
